Thanks to Dave and Jimmy I was able to fix everything within regards to my door locks and various plumbing issues as well as many other things. This is by far the best ACE HARDWARE Ive ever been to and I have nothing but success with my issues with my home. I strongly recommend this place.

We went there to have some keys made. Which they did do.They had a faucet for the tub that I was looking for. I had looked at Home Depot and Lowes but neither of them had it at the stores in our town, Monroe, LA. But we didnt buy it, because it would have been for someone else, and I could not get that person on the phone while we were there. Maybe on our next visit if we dont find it somewhere else downsouth.They did a great job with the keys, though.Just Me, De8-31-2021

I have always went to this hardware store for many many years. However I went in to purchase some items and some sand. The bags are 50lbs ea. I paid was was curtly told by the older heavy set cashier they are outside by the ledge. I go outside yep on a pallet there wasnt anyone around and I had my daughter and grandson. So that left me to load them um after the first one my stomach hurt so bad my poor daughter finished. Now Im praying my abdominal hernia isnt back. I try to support local businesses always,however from now on I will go to Home Depot or Menards.

I could travel to Menards or Home Depot for the big items, but for the items I need in a flash this is my store. Other than one of the cashier, who for some reason never asks for your number for the reward points, the staff is great. They will take the time to help you look for what you need and give you advise on those DIY projects we weekend worriers take on to save a couple of bucks. Heres something I didnt expect, when they dont have what youre looking for, they will direct you to places where you can pick up that certain item. You dont get that type of service at the big box stores.

Been an established neighborhood hareware for a very long time, with knowledgeable employees providing great help and service. Not a very large place but does have huge assortments of products that any customer may need. if they dont have it, it can be ordered or sent you to another place where may get the product. This is a very helpful hareware store.

Were lucky to have this jewel in the neighborhood. Its an old fashion hardware store where you can pick up that missing screw. But, Ive purchased several lawn mowers and snow blowers and many other lawn care tools and seasonal decorations too. If you buy local, theyll be around for that screw or key you need.

Showed up at 6:28 on 4/9/21. They close at 6:30. Kid locked the door in my face! Girl was by register and heard knocking afterwards and ignored me as well. I go support my local ace when a drive to the depot is not necessary even though it is about 5 minutes from home with better pricing. I thought local places like this were supposed to teach their employees that we need to make small exceptions for our business or we will lose our business to the big box stores. The old timers are quite knowledgeable and seem courteous just dont show up around closing time or you will feel insulted for you efforts in trying to support mom and pop shops like this one.

I gave them a call about getting warranty work done on My toro Timemaster lawn mower and whoever I spoke with over the phone didnt seem interested. Either way, they did offer warranty workand decided to take it to them. Upon arriving, all the employees were pretty busy and waited to speak with someone. I was offered help to bring in the big lawnmower into the back of the store. John Jr helped with everything. At first, I felt he was being rude with me in the way he was answering my questions. After speaking with him, he was actually a very nice and knowledgeable person. He took his time to listen to the issues I had with my lawn mower. Finally, he was able to take in the lawn mower for warranty repair. He made sure that the parts being replaced would be covered by warranty before replacing them. The turn around for warranty work was about ten days, which he did mention it would take considering the issues with covid with now. I would definitely recommend him and the store to anyone looking for either getting their lawnmower fixed or needing parts. This will be my go to place going forward.

Best place to get what you need if you live in this neighborhood.They have always had what I needed for the projects at my house. Very knowledgeable and helpful employees. you might be able to save a buck or two at a big box store but you better know exactly what you need and good luck finding it.I hope they are around forever.

This is one of my favorite neighborhood places to shop. They have great deals and short lines. The employees are just super helpful. I have an Ace card so I receive coupons in the mail. Its so much nicer than the huge stores where no one even acknowledges that you are even there. Theres a great selection of products too.

Great place, they have what you need. I needed some bolt and nuts for my bed frame. Went in with the bolt that came with the bed and found a size that matched easily. Very friendly.

Prices are slightly higher than a Home depot or Menards. They have a large inventory for their size. They will try to help you if you need assistance . They cut keys of most types. Im not sure about pipe, or glass. They are open on Sundays, but check the store hours before heading out. Overall a good neighborhood hardware store.

I have shopped at Southwest Ace Hardware for 19 years since I moved nearby. It is the best hardware store I have ever shopped at. I am handicapped and they give me VIP service every time and bring my purchases to my car. I just brought in 2 storm windows to have the glass replaced and they came to my car to pick it up. The employees are all 5 star. There are so many things that they can do. Every shopping trip is a pleasure. The prices are fair and their sale prices are awesome. Give this place a try. You will be very glad that you did. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This place has always been great and staff was always ready to help with any questions you may have. Today that wasnt the case. No one said hi, and when I said hello, I was ignored. So I grabbed what I needed and left.

Went here specifically because I had a list of items I was being sent to buy and wasnt too sure Id find them and didnt want to spend 2 hours navigating a big box store. When I got to the store I was assisted by an older gentleman by the name of Nick. He was very pleasant, made good conversation and was able to get me everything I needed and what they didnt have that I needed he was able to recommended another nearby locally owned business in which I could obtain my item. All in all excellent customer service every time Ive been here. Leaving the area due to me moving.. I hope my local ACE has employees who care as much as they do here.
