So I went in today to return one of my swivels I broke to get a new one the cashier that was working now at 3:45 PM November 4 2021 she was basically working by herself and by her voice you could tell that she was stressed out it’s not her fault or the customers she asked one of the coworkers to help out and she said no I feel like that’s messed up if you’re working in a place help each other out because she look like she really needed the help employees shouldn’t really be stressing out everything should be worked together so everything could be smoother and work faster so props to the cashier Violeta for helping me today for trying to keep it together you get 5 stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was just at Harbor freight tools buying some welding material oh and I would recommend a store not because of their good prices but because of the customer service specifically Violet call was very attentive oh andHelpful by gave me some advice and also had a great positive attitude I will definitely go back like I said not because of the prices but because of the customer service the violet gave me

The store has everything and if you know where it is youre ok. Because you get the feeling from the 2 women employees really dont want to help you and they kinda make it known. Just in case you dont know them its the black haired Hispanic and the older short white girl. Other than my short interaction with them the store was good.

It took several calls to track down our item, however we found it at the Brickyard. Great service by the entire team. I believe it was the district manager that actually loaded into our car. Great place to shop.

Dont trust this store! I called and they told me they have 5 power inverters of 1500w in stock. It took me 57mins of driving to arrive at the store. So just they tell me they only have one which box is damaged. Absolutely ridiculous and bad experience!!!

Im very disappointed. The manager Violet charged me $26.00 restocking fee for an air compressor returned. An abuse!!! My dad bought the same item and I didnt know. I returned it in a few hours after bought. The box was unopened and Violet said that will charged me the fee still. Even thought I explained what happened, I had to paid $26.00. Nobody told me about that fee before. 😒

Russell is a very helpful employee. You have any questions he can answer just about anything. If you cant find it there he will try to tell you where to find what youre looking for. Hes very informative.

Best place to get inexpensive but hard to find tools including precision measuring equipment and cutting tools for machining. If hardware stores dont have it Harbor Freight does. I just picked up a very sturdy torque wrench for under 20 bucks. In the past Ive gotten sets of end mills and deburring tools. Who else would even have that? Not to mention a large free standing drill press for a couple hundred bucks. Do recommend.

Very poor quality in tools, parts, accessories. Bought a 4 tool combo pack of Chicago electric tools, battery powered. Didnt use 3 of 4 tools. 11 days after 90 day warranty the battery & charger failed. Harbor freight refused exchange. Another experience; bought an rv sizzor jack. Used it 3 times & it failed to raise up on 3rd use. Took it back to replace but Harbor Freight refused. It was 4 days past the 90 day return date. NEVER BUY FROM HARBOR FREIGHT UNLESS YOU WANT POOR QUALITY TOOLS, PARTS, ACCESSORIES

I needed some moving blankets which were a little pricey at other major stores, but I was delighted to see how low the price were here! Its a great place to get tools at very good prices! The Pittsburgh brand locking pliers are not good quality, but their wrenches, ratchets and sockets are great. Good tools overall and again, excellent prices!

This place is great always in and out with everything I need. You have to know what you are looking for when you come here though. Cheap speciality tools and good quality diagnosis tools.

The best place to go for cheap tools. Perfect for DIY projects or if youre an amateur mechanic. Pretty much everthing is imported from China. Quality is generally good for the price. I did buy a set of pliers there that have fallen apart and rusted easily. If youre a professional and want the highest quality tools that last and make your job easier this is not the store for you.

Great place to buy tools. Lifetime warranty work with no issues. I have some air tools for many years, and use them all the time in my shop.Very affordable prices for welding machines, and they work as well as well known brands on market.1500 Lb capacity car dollies for some reason always have problems with bearings and wheels. Also, have bad experience with rechargeable flash lights. However, you can buy extender warranty on those.Hand tools, sockets, hydraulic equipment have best prices and less for very long time. I hope my experience will help somebody. I will use this store now and in future.
