Very professional and quick service I recommended

Owner is very rude, doesnt now follow up on his word, wants to charge for things that should be warranty. Things go bad due to installation, takes over 3 weeks for the owner to come and look at the problem which causes more issues. And when the owner finally decides to come he has an attitude and says dont call me for service ever again definitely will not be calling again for anything!

Called to get 3 pieces of 1/8” glass for a French door repair. The lady that answered the door insisted on tempered glass. I explained that I was repairing an old French door and that safety glass wouldn’t work. She hung up on me.

I called the guy who picked up insisted that I call later because he was not ready and hung up.

Rude workers, crass owners, shoddy workmanship. Enough said.
