As always, great service. Got my wife a bracelet and started filling it. Today I started my 14yr old daughter. I dont know what memories shell hold dear but I do know I bought her, her first Pandora bracelet and charms. Thanks to the rep for helping us through the process.

The store was very inviting and full of beautification of jewelry, I got a Disney charm for my bracelet. Lovely! The staff was excellent will be back again.

While I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at The Water Tower location, the last two times I’ve had to return and/or exchange something, its been a problem. I bought a beautiful bracelet and 8 charms on 3/20/21 for $512 with the promotion, a clip fell off the new bracelet the very first day I wore it (meaning it was defective). I returned to the store on 3/25/21 to make them aware and to purchase another one, stating “if it falls off again, I would need to return the entire bracelet set. Before I can check out, I decided I wanted to exchange the silver for rose gold and was told by the salesperson, “ I would need to return all the items to be able to get the promotional price.” I asked to speak with Wendy, the store manager, but she was not working. My question to the salesperson was, how can I return all the items if the clip is missing? She couldn’t help me with that. I will definitely contact their compliance department because this is beyond ridiculous. I wont be spending another dime with them....

Nice. Anna was nice, patient and suggested great charms according to my explained likes. I purchased a great starter braclet, added three charms and security chain. I will definitely purchase more for myself, daughters and granddaughters. My go to Pandora jeweler and will ask for Annas assistance. Thank you and continued success.

Went in to exchange a bracelet for a bigger size. Was not greeted at all... And waited about 5 mins for someone to come help me About 3 different people were helping me and ended up getting the same size bracelet I went in to return in which I said the size 4 times to them that I needed and gave them a previous bracelet I had purchase to ensure I was getting the right size! These people need to pay attention to what they’re doing! Sad

I have the best experience when ANA B is there ! She makes my experience so much easier ! Great attitude, very attentive, & makes amazing suggestions! She recognizes me and my significant other as soon as we walk in & I appreciate that very much because we spend so much money here ! Always come to this location for that same reason ! So easy to spend a lot of money here over a period of time. It was my go to spot for gifts always. I believed Pandora to back up their jewelry and to provide excellent customer service. I loved Pandora so much that I always overlooked holiday staff when they did not meet Pandora high customer service standards, because after all they were temps and it was the holidays. I will never again purchase anything engraved there and I dont ever recommend anyone to purchase anything engraved from Pandora EVER. after almost 8 months of one clean job gone wrong I dont even desire charms anymore. I know Ill continue to receive them as gifts and Ill love them but its no longer my go to spot for others. I can go on and on but I wont. all I know is, one very special charm that I gave to my daughter when she was 15 symbolize a special moment in our lives, a beautiful moment. now when I look and think of that charm I think of the nightmare it took to get resolved. 8 moths of phone calls, 8 months of you should have the piece next week 8 months of frustrations. in exchange for 8 moths of frustration ill receive $25 plus a credit for the charm.

Asein is terrific. He greeted me, offered me water and then suggested the perfect addition to my bracelet. It was worth the trip.

Today was my second time at a Pandora store. My first in Florida at the Disney Pandora and today at the the Water Tower Pandor. Florida was was nice but I really enjoyed the service Brittney offered at the Water Tower Pandora. She was welcoming, polite, friendly, helpful, and gave service with a smile. I will definitely return.

My first time there I was standing in the store for ten minutes before I find out that you had to be put on a list. My second time was yesterday when I really wanted to buy and receive my free charms but I had worked so I so I didnt make it to the store until 5:45pm at and was told that they were not taking anymore names on the list.Update: So I must say I went back to the Pandora store today and had great customer service. I even talked to the manager about my experience she told me I should have asked for her and she would have let me in.

I went for the special today...adding I am a good...good ...customer usually shopping at Woodfield. I asked to purchase the Radiant Bloom Charm and was told it was on a Special Bracelet and I could not purchase the charm!! Really? If this is what Pandora is doing I will stop purchasing... If you sell a charm it should be for everyone to purchase not just some special bracelet...I am at Northwestern and contemplating returning the whole purchase...so disgusted. Not like I was asking for it for free.

We waited over ten minutes with only one of the sales associates saying barely a half hearted hello. Pandora is not Claires. This is not a place you take less than one year old babies. We had been looking in the catalogue at a charm that was over $400USD. Im sure the owner would have liked that sale. A family had a baby in there scream-crying for at least six minutes straight. There is nothing rude about acknowledging Pandora stores are basically micro sound chambers, a babys wail reverberates, and it might be more calm away from the bright lights and people. More importantly better for the BABY not being in such a closed space. Add that to being completely ignored; the associates were making it exceedingly clear they were doing fine without our money. We left.

Do not step foot here! Save your self some disappointment!!! I purchased 3 rings from this place. I needed to special order one, I had to wait for the manager to do it for over 40 minutes. I only waited because the new girl originally helping me had been such a sweetheart. No apology what so ever for the wait. Then I waited even longer because she herself couldnt do it. I finally leave the place thinking I would get my ring in the mail in 3-5 business days but NO! I literally had to call 10 days later to remind them!! Only for them to send me the wrong ring!!! I call back and all I get is a bunch of excuses!!! Now I have to go out of my way to return the ring to them!! Worst customer service ever! A whole lot of wasted time and patience over something so simple.

The lady that waited on me was rude,cold and had a warm welcoming spirit of a dried up road lizard. When I walked in I had to be the one to speak and approach her to inform her what I was there for. She tells me what she would get and then kept showing the item that was the least valued....then she tried to upsale me,I told her no,thats not what I wanted. I will NOT set foot in that store EVER again.

If I could give this place a negative star rating I would, they are unprofessional, unorganized, and snotty group of women Ive ever meet I will never spend my money with another pandora (notice I didnt capitalize pandora because it wasnt worth the effort) ever again in my entire life or the next an the jewelry is terrible quality, non of the jewelry is real the lie about the quality of the jewelry to increase sales revenue in addition to the fact that the both racially and financially profile their customers. I hope the whole company goes under in the next year, that is how bad my experience was here at pandora Water Tower.

My husband bought me a Pandora bracelet for Christmas it was so exquisite.

When not relate to sales, the customer service goes to extremly bad. Three employees are there with emotionless face. We were there because the bracelet is sharp and hurt skin. The employee didnt even think and said so what you want. We ask for changing the brasclet, she only took one out and no words nor explaination. My girl had to change charms by herself. After we signed, employee walked away without saying anything. We stanted there like fools. I asked the other employee whether we can leave or not. It was a very sad experience. We definitely dont want to come back again.

Got to the store at 5:59 today and they close at 6. They would not let us get a charm to resemble our trip to Chicago. They smiled through the window, though. Poor management.
