We called this morning looking for service on our model 77 skilsaw.We purchased a new switch online for the saw replacing the existing broken switch. We rewired two new switches per the old switch scheme and neither worked. The person that answered my call instructed me that the new switches were a different wiring configuration and gave me the correct layout. NO CHARGE!!Its nice to see helpful people are still around. I would highly recommend this store for all your needs.Thank you very much for your help in this matter.BTW if we could give it SIX stars we would.

Great place to shop and have your tools serviced...VERY HONEST SERVICE and great prices! Left a couple of paslode tools for repair they told me the fuel was bad on the one and did not charge me. The second tool repaired works better than ever. Good turnaround considering how many tools were behind the counter waiting for repair.

These guys are fantastic. They always greet you with a smile and are anxious to help. It’s not just anywhere you can find every nail or staple that you could ever need under one roof. I recently needed 1-1/2” stainless steel ring shanks nails of course they had them in stock. They also had the coil nailer that I needed for my project oh and by the way the repair tools as well. Thanks guys I’ll see you for my next project .

Instead of taking tools to be repaired You are better off buying a new one. I dropped a Dewalt matersaw to be fixed and instead of getting back fixed, I got that back totally damaged and all the parts in a box, . The tool and the cardboard box been outside under the snow. George the owner claimed that is not fixable They deserve one star?? Not. This is the last time they will see me there. They need to treat customers with respect and learn how to do business . If anybody takes tools for repaires be carefull, its going to take forever and no one will call, unless they need money.

George and his guys are great. Fast service and since it is a family run business, they really care about you as a customer. Their service department is tremendous as well. Don’t go anywhere else!

They carry way more than nails and staplers. I was able to get ledger locks, wedgebolts, and more. They got tons of screws too. Wide selection, nice staff in my experience. The place is a bit cluttered, but really, thats because its so chock fool of fasteners and tools. They definitely carry some quality tools and brands, and seem to focus more on the contractor/pro market.
