Under no circumstances ever visit this location or buy anything from this company! So the public is aware Fastenals products are of the worst kind of quality. Taiwanese steel is complete crap and anyone unfortunate enough who has purchased anything from this second rate company will see on every package: Made in Taiwan. The management as well as the staff is completely inept and the companys goal is simply to push their crap products onto their competitors clients. The company is simply looking to try to take customers from their competition. Coming from a former employee, i can personally guarantee that you will be disappointed with the products, service, and prices. The company sets sale expectations for their employees and they dont care that they are selling inferior products. Do yourself a favor, do not ever consider Fastenal if you are looking for any hardware supplies!
