The best AT&T store ever made as soon as I walked in there they greeted me and help me right away with any questions I had

Showed up at 740 to swap out a product. Guy locked the door in front of our face and when we knocked, he told us they close early to clean and lock up. I understand things changed because of covid but then you should not be advertising that you close at 8pm. He said once he logs off the computer, he cant log back in and we needed to come tomorrow. We are changing over from T-Mobile and just got our phones sent to us in the mail. Not a very good first experience with at&t. Would have came sooner but just got off work
Store is usually empty when Im there and people are are always helpful.
Out of all the AT&T stores I’ve visited this one is my absolute go to! Everyone is so nice and welcoming! I love how they enforce and encourage everyone to social distance and wear a face mask. I can’t say enough how pleased I am with my visit and business. I will be returning for all my needs! ☺️
NEW FAVORITE LOCATION! I loved everything about my visit! Staff was very friendly especially Yessina Garcia who guided me and helped me A LOT! She was patient with me and really understood what I was looking for and helped me save money! Will be back with more customers for sure!
Had a great experience at this location the reps in this store really take time to explain different options & I NEVER felt rushed or pushed into being made to buy something I didnt want. Jeffrey, Xavier & Alex were awesome at helping me pick the right phone for my daughter! Ill always go to this location as long as they work there! #great customer service
Jeffrey is the best representative in the store! We were in the store on weds. night and he was by himself running the store. Multitasking is a plus for Jeffrey. He knows what he is talking about, and handled his customers with respect and patience. Let me add,Jeffrey worked while off the clock!! If the Brickyard location did not have a dedicated, hard worker like Jeffrey, I think this location would fall out of business. He deserves all the credit! Thanks Jeffrey for your customer service!! you would be the reason my family and I keep our AT&T service.
Miguel was a very helpful person. He knew all the product knowledge and gave me great intel on the plans. Hes a great employee with terrific customer service. Very bad experience. I have 2 months with you and it is the worst. I went and acquired 4 lines in this store. They told me that my monthly payment was going to be $ 140 + taxes. and I have dyed problems why my bill has reached $ 320. which I went to make the claim and none of the other managers who work there have been able to solve the problem. They say I have to go to another store where the manager who sold me the lines to solve my problem is. They are incompetent because they should learn to work as a team.
Jeffery works on commission and tells you what you want to hear to make a sale. AT&T doesnt charge activation fees, he says... Total LIE!!! First bill had $120 in activation fees. I had to hound him and jump through hoops for a whole month to finally get a credit.Now my bill is almost $40 a month more than we agreed. BOGO is not true!! Its buy one get one at a discount. Completely opposite of what Jeffery told me. Will not be trying to fight this issue any longer. Dont have the time or energy to jump through more hoops.Needless to say Im stuck with AT&T because of the contract but will not be renewing and will NEVER recommend to anyone!!! One of the biggest mistakes I made was switching from Verizon to AT&T.
I’m re-writing my review. Thought this place was great but turns out that we got the run-around. Phone was sent to Texas and we had two credit checks unnecessarily ran which charged us $90 so basically nothing made sense. This is not a corporate store so if you want better AT&T customer service that actually services you with product, then find a corporate store and not an authorized retail store. In these types of franchise stores, they will soon you around and make you believe they care.
This is a third party distributor of ATT licensed products. They are not ATT.They are a communication subsidiary.I am an ATT member, and 611 can not help me with the phone I purchased here, because this store is not ATT.
September 7th I went to this store and traded in 2 iPhone 7s for 2 iPhone 10s. I was told I would get a 200$ credit on my account. Now it’s February, they took my phones, no credit, and everyone I try to call gives me a run around instead. I wish there was a no stars option 🤦🏻♀️Edit: thank you Miguel for finally fixing my issue 🙏🏻
I went to another location and had the WORST experience there so I went to this location. The manager Jeanette and her staff are great and very knowledgeable. They made sure to answer all my questions, saved me money and set me all up. Sending all my friends and family to Jeanette and her team.
Miguel is absolutely amazing, he came over to my house to help my mother transfer all her data from one device to the other . I’m blown away by the level of customer service he provided . He has won me over as an AT&T customer for ever !

We came to the store on Jan 8 2020 at 7:30pm. Customer service rep Kathryn was constantly looking at her clock and looked like she won’t be helping us right away. She told us that she is not able to tell us the information on any AT&T promos and that we need to go to another location to get that information. You are the AT&T rep and you can’t answer the question? AT&T is loosing customers today..

Lazy staff. Don’t care about customers. Came to this place half an hour ago but lady who work there was busy. I asked how long I’ll have to wait and she said it’s gonna take awhile. I decided to come back later. Now she said they are closed for today although on the door it’s said they supposed to be open for another hour or so.
