I live a few states away and I was my friends birthday (she lives in Lincoln Park). I shopped around for the best value and decided with Bunches. They had a reasonable selection at a very competitive price. I ordered it and it was delivered as requested. If I’d give a suggestion, I’d say to send an automated message when the flowers are delivered. But, I did inquire about the status of the delivery and they emailed me back in within 5 minutes. VERY satisfied with their service. Will use again!

Okay, wow. As of late I’ve been trying to make my own bouquets, so going into a flower shop it’s so important for me to see a selection I can grab. This is the best floral shop I’ve ever been too and I’ve traveled A LOT. The most unique, gorgeous flowers I’ve ever seen. Their selection is so nice, but also it’s how you stumble on a flower you’ve never seen before. I was taken aback how great this place was. The owner (I hope that’s right) he was so welcoming and helpful. Let’s not forget the wide selection of vases that are so modern and chic and all the plants! Found my floral shop finally! Marc at Bunches was wonderful to work with for our wedding! He was recommended by our venue, and we are so happy with how everything turned out! Marc was very flexible with scheduling our meetings so my Mom could be in town and be there for it. He did an outstanding job at making my vision (lots of Pinterest board pictures!) a reality and was very respectful of our budget. I really enjoyed our last meeting before the wedding and being able to see what we had discussed come together! He arrived on our wedding day while we were finishing getting ready and I was blown away how beautiful the bouquets and boutonnieres were! I had also given him two charms with pictures of my grandparents who have passed away, and he did a wonderful job adding them on to my bouquet. We had many compliments of our centerpieces at the reception as well! I highly recommend Bunches for a wedding florist, or for any occasion!

I received a flower delivery from Bunches. I wasnt home and it was a hot day, and the flower delivery guy was great in calling me and figuring out a safe place to leave them where they wouldnt wilt in the heat before I could get home. He was also just a super pleasant person to talk to, made the experience of being surprised with flowers that much better. And of course the flowers are beautiful and came packaged in a really innovative way, so much better than the online 1 800 places that just come in a cardboard box. Cqlligraphy on the card was beautiful. To anyone considering sending a loved one flowers, I can promise this place goes above and beyond to make the experience special instead of just getting a box of flowers left on your doorstep with a type-written card.

I really cannot say enough good things about this beautiful floral shop. I’ve been in the neighborhood just a couple years longer than they have and they were a welcomed addition. They literally brighten up the neighborhood. I’ve gone in there for everything from personal bouquets to gifts and they show up with nothing short of perfection. Last week, my wife ordered a funeral splash from a different online florist for her mothers wake. It was meant to be from our children and featured a bow/ribbon that said Grandma. When it arrived, there was a tiny ribbon pinned directly into a flower that looked like a 3rd grader had spelled Grandma with Elmers glue and sprinkled glitter on it.It was the day before the wake and we were driving past Bunches on Fullerton and decided to see if they could maybe create something that looked better. It was a half-hour before closing when we spoke to Marc, the owner, and asked if it was something that he could do. He said to give him an hour - he would stay past closing - and he would give us a call when it was finished. 40mins later, he rang us up and when we got back to the shop he had created a bow with long streamers. On one of them, he had written Grandma in glue/glitter that showed his talent as a calligrapher.When we first approached Marc to ask him if he could do this, he named a price of $10, which seemed completely reasonable. When we picked up the finished product, he told us No charge, which almost brought us to tears after the stress of putting many funeral details together.Marc is an Angel, and his shop smells amazing!

This is the citys best flower market! I was fascinated by the flower arrangements they made. They offered trees, plants, baskets of food & flowers, plush toys, and gift arrangements! We chose Bunches to do the flowers for our wedding and they were gorgeous! Marc worked with us to fit our budget and create the perfect bouquets and centerpieces. The flowers were very fresh, and despite having Gerber Daisies and Tulips as the flowers in our bouquets and centerpieces (which, in my experience, dont last long in vases), the flowers looked great for an entire week after the wedding. They also let us rent the vases and return them a week later, which was super nice since I didnt want to end up with 17 of the same vase! If youre in the market for a florist, I highly recommend this shop!

We had them do a few bouquets for a major event and they came through on time and with a great budget as well as wonderful service and top-quality flowers. The owner Marc was very helpful to us and very attentive to make sure that everything went well and personally delivered the flowers also. This was our first interaction with this florist and we will definitely make sure to use them for all of our major functions in the future.

I usually never buy flowers at a flower shop because I am only a college student and dont have a lot of money. But since it was mothers day, I wanted to get my mother something beautiful. I decided to go to Bunches bc I previously bought flowers there for my mentor and it had a lot of positive reviews. Point is, the experience is always wonderful but where I am disappointed in is the quality of the flowers.. Literally two days after I picked up the flowers, 1/4 of the flowers were dead and dried out... I am so upset because I spent $80 on a set that didnt even last! I am so sad that out of all the flowers my mother received mine are gone by today and the others are still alive and beautiful. If you want your flowers to last, do not go here.(My mother barely told me about the flowers and that is why I am writing a review right now.)Here is a screenshot 3 days later of how the flower looked. The date is on there to show that I am not lying :(

Wow...absolutely amazing! Words really cant express how wonderful Bunches (a flower shop) did at our wedding! We worked with Marc, who was super-friendly and very responsive to our questions and wishes. Working with Bunches was simple...they asked about all of our desires for the wedding and were able to provide plenty of examples for how things could be done. They were also respectful of our budget and didnt try to over-sell the flowers after we mentioned our floral budget. We would recommend them for any occasion requiring flowers!

Living in Colorado and planning a wedding in Chicago was somewhat of a challenge. I took a leap of faith in Bunches after reading online reviews and looking at photos of wedding flowers from at least 12 different florists in the area. I was more than pleased with the beautiful wedding bouquets. The floral arrangements for the reception, held at the Renaissance Hotel, were absolutely gorgeous!! All evening long the guests commented on how beautiful the flowers were and quite possibly the prettiest they had ever seen.
