Great experience. Called Elliot Garage Door Repair for information about getting some old parts replaced. They were helpful and had an appointment available quickly. Jose came out to do the work. He did a fantastic job explaining what did and did not need replacement. He made sure I understood how to use the new opener, helped set up the key pad and explained what I could do maintenance-wise to make it last longer. Very professional and helpful.

I recently had a problem with my electric screen garage door that was caused by a car trying to drive through it. I called Elliot Garage Door Repair and had a pair of techs come out to assess the damage and they were the ones that came back to do the repair. I found them to be extremely personable, great sense of humor, very professional and they even cleaned up so I had nothing to take care of afterwards. I enjoyed the two techs and would highly recommend them for everything with garage doors. They had installed a new garage door motor and other parts. They always come in a timely manner, very friendly, price is good.

Called Elliot Garage Door Repair on a Friday morning when our garage door suddenly got stuck. Jose came out shortly after, identified and provided us with solutions. They had to order parts but fixed it so it would open and close while replacement parts came in. Couple days later came right out when parts came in and finished replacing all worn parts. Very professional and excellent service!, I submitted a work request through their website and received a reply from Dan within 24hrs, set up an appointment to suit my schedule. Elliot Garage Door Repair showed up early after notifying me they were available, they replace my garage door spring and cables in less than one hour. Also replaced my broken garage door panel opener after I asked them if they could do it. I am extremely happy with the service overall and without hesitation recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door repairs or installation. Price was also very reasonable.
