They have a wide selection of just about everything immaginable, and a food section to rival some grocery stores. Parking lot access through the alley on Chicago. From Central, its easier. Right next to several bus stops as well.

The young man that worked at closing time was very rude and unprofessional... He seen me walk into the store he said he was closing... I grabbed some laundry detergent and came right to the front... He said we closed I cant ring you up and I said you seen me come into the store he said well we closed I said its only 9:03pm he said so what... We closed I said you are suppose to wait until the store is clear... He said oh well and Thats when I started recording him and he seemed to not care and was very rude and disrespectful... What type of service is this because it is clearly not customer service

Im just going to flat out say that this place is dirty. The floors are dirty and they look like they havent been mopped nor swept in weeks. Theres old gum stains on the floors and dirty tissues and things as well. The carts are old and dirty too. This place needs to be CLEANER, and more ORGANIZED! During the pandemic, youd think that this place would be squeaky clean. Please do better and find people that will clean this place from head to toe. Its not safe for customers or the employees. I only gave this two stars because some of the employees actually do their jobs.

Your store manager is the sweetest Ive meet yet shes always the same, attitude never changes/ works the cash register.

I like this location because it is quick and easy to pick up small items. The shelves were a bit empty today. I had to settle for generic brand sugar.

Seems to be unorganized, Everytime I go in there there is boxes & racks of stock every where. The workers are helpful if something is asked if them but they mostly just talking to each other in the aisles why they take their time putting up stock.

Young black girl with glasses at the register, RUDE!!! again ppl that only come to work for the check vs those who like their jobs and know how to treat customers.

It was OK, they carry a lot of cleaning products for the house and a lot of snacks for movie night at home

This place is always dirty, merchandise on pallets. The manager dosent know how to talk to people. They are charging for bags even if you have a Ebt card. Because they are running low on bags.

Just started visiting dollar generals and I think they are great, definitely better than family dollar and gives dollar tree a run for their money.

The workers are courteous. The store is lighted and always stocked with dates items. You find what you need at affordable prices. The parking is great . In and out every time I am there no waiting in long lines.

Workers sit on the phone while the line get long. They need to hire people that wants to work.

The store was not quite the most organized, and the shelves are quite baren- but it gets even better. The environment feels crusty and the debris in the air was thick, but great prices!

Usually pretty well stocked. Aisles r usually clear. There items r reachable (Im short) some stores stock merchandise too high!

I pretty much just come here to load cash onto my NetSpend card. Other than that, staff is very busy accusing people of shoplifting....so I keep my business very brief with them

The store was disarrayed, to much merchandise in front shelves needed to organize and restock, freeze as well.

I mean.... its a dollar store. You can find pretty much anything. Be sure to check expiration dates. You know they sell Black folks anything.

The store is dirty and junky. I stop in just to get a gift card and the clark informed me that it was by cash only, i had never heard of that before do to ppl dont carrys cash on them anymore and just last week they didnt say that.

Frequently uderstaffed, meaning it can take ages just to buy a few things because the lines get long. Staff doesnt seem to care about anything, have no sense of urgency whatsoever. Also you have to leave your bag at the front which I dont feel comfortable doing as the staff is so careless.

I went in to get some personal items for for my daughter and the store manager ask me to hold my book bag at but unfortunately my book bag I use for my personal items as a purse Ill let them know I have personal items in the air and Im not leaving it behind the register the store manager constantly following me in the store for me to leave my book that made me feel really uncomfortable and treated me as a thief when I shop in the store all the time I think customers that constantly shop in that store you should remember so this is a customer that they lost made me feel like I was a thief I left and I went to Family Dollar and I found out that their policy is not to hold bags
