Stephanie Katz is a Production Manager who I was so grateful to have as my contact at Dimend Scaasi. Originally, I picked an Oval- 1.18 Karate high quality VVSI2, E in colour(colourless), Medium to large girdle with a 1.35% ratio which is the L x W measurement which is perfect for an oval to hide the bow tie effect - but with the conversion to Canadian $s it was a wee out of budget. Stephanie emailed me moments later and found me a 1.16K diamond that was better and in budget. She even reached out and gave me a call.Lab Diamonds are gorgeous!I chose the Diane setting because it doesnt stick up too much and I had Stephanie change the rendering slightly once I reviewed it via email. The oval Diane setting makes the shape of the oval diamond look square like a cushion diamond once its framed in which I did not want. I sent her a pic of another setting with an oval that kept its true Oval shape after it was framed in with gold and diamonds and it was no problem at all to alter it. What I received today via FedEx is just stunning. The diamond is sparkly, no bow tie, true to the quality I chose and received. And the price people! SO much cheaper for me to purchase through Dimend Scaasi then a Canadian Jeweler.Like over $1500 in savings after Duties and Taxes. Highly, Highly recommend this company. The service and follow up with Stephanie is outstanding. She is genuine and sincere.You can choose multiple methods of payment and we received an emailed receipt right after the payment was sent. We went to a couple of in-pesron appointments in NYC to get a feel for style. Once we decided on center diamond cut and to go with a conflict free lab diamond, we went to the internet and thought that buying a custom ring online would be difficult, but with dimend it was unexpectedly easy. We first bought the diamond, had it delivered to make sure we loved it before putting into production design. That was a huge load-off to be able to see the diamond in-person to ensure we made the right choice. My fiancé at the time and I were blown away at the quality and ultra beauty of these diamonds. And at a fraction of the cost of natural mined diamonds. Dimend SCAASI was extraordinarily helpfully in creating the engagement ring I wanted to give to my best friend. From the first time I reached out to them up until the last day when I received the ring, they answered all my questions promptly and made accommodations to my requests without hesitation. I mistakenly checked out with the incorrect setting that I wanted to modify, but before beginning they double checked with what I wanted and resolved MY mistake. On top of that, they refunded me the difference as I checked out with a higher priced setting than what was discussed, no questions asked. Shannon and Sharon were awesome! I found our diamond on Rare Carat and then Dimend SCAASI helped us with the engagement ring and setting. The team there provided me with the certification and pictures and video of the diamond. The ring was set within about 3 weeks time and shipped overnight via FedEx. I am very happy with my ring! Communication throughout was stellar even when I was freaking out a bit about it arriving on time. Its exactly what I wanted. The only thing I was a bit unhappy with was... In the paperwork sent with my ring it said there would be an appraisal provided upon request when the diamond was purchased with them for ins purposes. However, when I asked for the appraisal I was told there would be a $50 charge because I bought online instead of in the store.. Not really sure why that would make a difference.. They did in the end give me the appraisal at no charge! Overall a great experience.

Dimend SCAASI made my engagement ring shopping process SO much simpler, especially with the help of the Sales Manager Shannon Hruza. I cant understate how great working with Stephanie Katz at dimend SCAASI was. I must have been the worst possible customer because I knew exactly what I wanted, but had no idea how to describe it. I also dont live nearby and would have never gone about designing a ring online, but due to covid I did and am so glad it worked out that way. Stephanie was so patient with me as I tried to explain over countless emails what I was going for and the vintage style my now fiancee prefers. She and the CAD design team helped by making a few iterations of designs as we narrowed in on what I was looking for and found a way to include two family stones into the design. I ordered a diamond from Dimend Scaasi via rarecarat. This was my first diamond purchase and I was very nervous about paypaling a huge sum of money off for a sight-unseen diamond but I took the chance since the price was so good. I received the diamond yesterday and it is absolutely amazing. I took it to my jeweler who is a gemologist and he also confirmed it was a great diamond (also that it was real and not glass). Only negative was it was not clear on the website that the diamond was coming from overseas and it did take a few days longer to arrive than anticipated. Dimend Scaasi’s customer service was excellent and I got responses to my (many) questions in 30 minutes or less every time. I would recommend Dimend Scaasi without hesitation. Might be worth asking where the diamond is shipping from if you have time constraints.

I came across dimend SCAASI while browsing online for a diamond for my wife. I read they’re reviews and looked over the inventory of diamonds. They offer beautiful certified diamonds for a much more reasonable price than the big name jewelers. I contacted them about a diamond and within minutes I received a response from the sales manager Shannon Hruza. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Back and fourth I emailed her at least ten times with questions I had and she always responded immediately, answering all of my questions. I also had an unusual shipping request because I didn’t want my wife to accidentally sign for the diamond and ruin her surprise. Shannon was able to fully accommodate my request with no charge. I would also like to add that I purchased a relatively inexpensive diamond and I was still taken care of by the sales manger at a level I wouldn’t expect for such a small purchase. They treat they’re customers very very well. I will be using dimend SCAASI for any future diamond or jewelry purchases.
