This guy is really great. They can send coins off to be officially graded but you dont want to do that if they coins arent likely to be worth much. So I brought them in and he spent about 10 minutes with me giving me a rough idea of whether or not it would be worth the expense. Extremely helpful.

I stopped in to see what kind of coins they had on hand. Id say a pretty decent selection. Not a huge one but what they had was really good stuff, quality. A BU roll of 58 Franklins that were stunning. I will say these guys are fired up about what they do, but not in a bad way. Its more passion for their work and you rarely see that these days so all in all it was a good time. They were even cool enough to take my number so they could call me when they get new stuff closer to what I was interested in. I even grabbed a couple of coins out of my car I happen to have on me. Not to sell I just wanted to show them. They had nothing but nice things to say about the coins I had on me too. Then when we were done talking they even let me know when it was time for me to leave. Went to get my great Grandmas necklace appraised. Guy told me about the necklace and offered me $400 for it after examining and weighing it. I said Ill keep it. He then says oops looks like i made a mistake and it wasnt weighing by the correct units . He then made another offer for $600. Hard to believe it was a mistake, and it was incompetence at the least. Would not recommend

I wanted to share my experience in purchasing a diamond ring from this store. I had gone there to trade my old wedding diamond in for an upgrade. The owner, Ralph Santiago, waited on me.Ralph showed me exemplary customer service! Ralph took out the time to explain diamonds, how they come in different cuts, grades, quality, etc. He showed me different diamonds that he had, not just out of a book. In the end, they gave me a decent price (not really a fair or good price) for a few 1oz gold coins I wanted to sell. They wanted to base the price on the spot price for gold instead of the well established price of those particular coins. When I offered to walk away, their price immediately increased by $40 per coin, so they knew they were trying to take advantage of me, so my advice is to be well established ahead of time in how much each item you want to sell to them should cost and be wary of their efforts to make a larger than necessary profit.

Their thieves make sure you ask to see the scale if you sell any gold or precious metal, cause it weigh 8 grams and they tell you 5 I wouldnt sell them anything without looking at the scale they are dishonest
