My mom and I love BLI Medical. Ms.Rose and the staff are very attentive and professional. Every time we have a problem, we contact Ms.Rose and she personally resolves the issue. If it is too problematic she will get assistance from the owner(Herman). As has been noted above, we love BLI Medical and Pray they stay in business for along time. We would definitely recommend them!

Jan 2020 drove pas and noticed through store front window the bldg seemed empty.Ordered nothing just concerned about the empty building.

I just got my compression stockings, i am so HAPPPPPPY, i did not know they make the stockings so up to date/sexy, and yes at my age i LOVVVVE sexy....Great job.

I can not recommend this company. I dealt with them for nearly two years to attain my mother’s supplies. Often times they would short her on items, open boxes that did not need to be opened, etc. When I complained to Rose about it several times throughout that nearly two-year period, my complaints went ignored. Finally, I talked to Rose and Dan in early August 2015. They told me they were going to deliver her August shipment; however, they never delivered her August shipment or corrected the shorted items which they kept in previous months. Horrible company and workers. Do not use them because they do not take too kindly of people who check their supplies and complain when the order is not as it should be. They will keep your supplies for the next month and youll never hear from them again.

Very poor customer service. I highly recommend using anyone else if at all possible.

Prices are insane. I was looking for pads for a tens unit. They want 25$ for 4 pads! You can buy 20 pads from amazon for 11$... What a rip off
