This t shirt company was amazing. I needed a shirt for my sons birthday because the one I ordered from another company didn’t arrive on time. Called this place and he had it done within two hours. Amazing plus great customer service. Defiantly recommend them and will be coming back to get more shirts made.

I like driving past this place in the evening and seeing the lights on and the shop humming away. Call me a sap but it makes the city feel a little less Amazon/Target-y.

Read: I decided I wasn’t going to listen to the bad reviews and I placed an order for 30 black shirts. He said they would be done in 3 days. It has now been over a week and he’s said he was going to deliver them over 7 times now! I immediately sent him a deposit. He absolutely NEVER answers the phone and is NEVER in the store. This is the worst T-shirt print experience I have ever had before. Listen to the reviews don’t even waste your time or money here. I guess I’ll have to see if I get my order or a refund. Impossible to get a straight answer. Worst attempt at running a business I have ever seen. NOT HAPPY

ZERO STARS- Horrible I was hoping to show my texts as proof of how incredibly unprofessional, and inconsiderate the owner of the shop is. I asked for a couple hoodies made for a dog walking business I’m starting, he told me Friday last week… And every day since then we’ve been texting and he says “today” “today” WELL it’s nearly Friday a week later and still NOTHING… incredibly rude, people are trying to make money again… The very least you can do is communicate with them, as they try and support your business! DO NOT recommend for reliability reasons! Super rude never once apologized or even acknowledged his wrongdoing.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I GAVE SAL $400 FOR A DEPOSIT ON A VEHICLE WRAP AND IT NEVER GOT DONE. HE ONLY GAVE PARTIAL REFUND BECAUSE HE SAID HE PUT WORK INTO IT BUT IT NEVER GOT DONE. DIDT GET DESIGN MOCKUP OR ANYTHING. JUST KEPT MY MONEY. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO STAY FAR AWAY.

I was billed about $173 in advance of receiving my product, custom printed t-shirts. When I went to pick them up on the agreed upon day, 4/17, they told me to come back the next day. I emailed the next day, 4/18, to confirm I would pick up the product and they emailed back and said to come the following day. My husband went the following day, 4/19, and although people were in the building and answered the door they told him to come back after 7pm that day. I emailed and said if the shirt werent ready when we came back after 7pm I would like a full refund. On 4/19 he said he would provide a full refund. By 4/25 I had not received a refund so I emailed again and he said it would be processed in 7-15 business days. After 15 business days I emailed again, 5/13, and STILL have not received my refund.Not only did I lose my $173 I had to pay expedited fees to get the shirts printed somewhere else!I think SAP is named appropriate, if you try to get products here youre the sap.I recommend All Seasons Screen Printing on Elston!!

SCAM,Went to get marketing material printed for my start up. BCards, Shirts, Invoices, Magnets, etc. i was giving him over $1k worth of work without any pressure of deadline. Dude charged $170 on the spot(he told me people dont come back after placing order that is why he charge customers first). He promised to get my business card artwork ready by next day, i msg him after two days to check. He said give him a day and check back later. He stopped picking phone calls, and he would reply my texts late nights.I kind of felt that the Sap Print dude is for no reason wasting my time and money, im not sure why would someone do that. He made me wait for few weeks before I call my credit card company and dispute transaction. Iv got my money credited to my credit card by my credit card company. Took my work somewhere else.One more thing to add, his store hours are not accurate, hes not at store most of the time.Worst dude i have ever dealt with.

I have never in my life experienced this type of poor customer service.Do not spend a dime here. The guy who runs it is incredibly rude and unprofessional. PLEASE take your business elsewhere.

Sasa worked with us and our ideas of making our competition barbecue banner. Several people stopped to say they liked the design of the banner. Tricky pig says thanks, great design!Now we need to design our t-shirts!

It took a whole week to do a print on a single shirt. Yes, SEVEN days! Once was finally ready this guy tried to charge me $25 for service that previously himself said will cost $20! What a way of doing business is that?

Sasa is a lier! This place is takes your money and gives what they want and its never what you paid for! These BAD reviews are all curent . They must be going out of business and just keeping money. They used to be a BBB member but they lost that statis. Sasa keep dangling the idea he is going to Right-The-Wrong in my order just trying to stall me out, hoping I just go away. Im not! Im going to every website I can to expose SASA for the dishonest business that he operates. He should be in jail!!!!

Amazing service and quick turn around! Sasa (the owner) can do anything! I ordered custom hats and tank tops for a bachelorette party and they turned out incredible! I was on a super tight time crunch, and he was able to meet my deadline! Costs are super reasonable. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!

On February 19 2019 i ordered around 55 shirt from sap print I sent more then 30 email about my order Sasa was the one I spoke with him i waited to long still today is 3-23-19 did not receive all my order and it’s not complete I’m still waiting for the two shirts v-neck large size he never made it for me this is a shame and xs size I ordered he made it small sizes and same shirt with different colors.not fer ? Why he didn’t contact with me if he didn’t have same colors.very bad service ———on your response on my review it’s not fair you asking me to pay additional money for the two shirt that you didn’t do it at 1st place you told me you will do it this two shirt for free but anyway thanks a lot that it’s not good way to treat customer like that
