Needed a few t-shirts for my company and was able to get them for pickup in 2 days! I needed them fast and tried Rush Order Tees, Custom Ink, etc. and none offered the fast turnaround that One Hour Tees offered. One Hour Tees also has excellent pricing and no minimums -- thats a big deal for a startup! Thank you One Hour Tees! Pickup was easy, and my t-shirts came in an adorable box :)

I would give them 6 stars If I could. I have used a variety of vendors for T-shirts and I must say that One Hour tees has amazing quality and exceptional customer service. Ive worked with nearly all of their staff at this point and they all go above and beyond to make sure your vision comes to life. The price point and flexibility on completion is second to none. Most recently Ive worked with Cailey and she has been extremely helpful! 10/10 business.

One Hour Tees is amazing! I ordered six different shirts (long sleeve, sweatshirt, men’s, women’s) shirts with different designs and the customer service was exceptional. I had many little requests and tweaks with the designs before they were printed, and Garrett was so patient in helping me achieve just what I envisioned.My shirts arrived and I’m so happy with how they turned out! Some of the actual shirt material was slightly cheaper than I’d hoped for, but the designs and customer service made up for that lack. However, two of the shirts had been misaligned for printing, but customer service was super helpful in fixing the problem and getting the shirts reprinted to what I had expected.Don’t be afraid to ask lots of questions to get your shirts exactly how you want before printing. It’ll pay off in the end result, and One Hour Tees will work with you to deliver!Highly recommend this business to anyone looking for an inexpensive way to design your own shirts from a great customer service company. 10/10!!

No doubt One Hour Tees consider themselves to be a model of inclusivity. Well their t shirt selections do include sizes for every humanly imaginable weight, but they have absolutely nothing to offer in t shirts in a tall size. So extremely inclusive AS LONG AS YOURE NOT TALL, CAUSE THEY GOT NOTHING FOR THEIR TALL CUSTOMERS, AND EVEN FLATLY REFUSE TO SPECIAL ORDER TALL T SHIRTS.So does One Hour Tees try to be inclusive????You tell me.

Pretty good experience I found this place online and they had plenty of good reviews so it was worth a shot. I ordered some company breast cancer awareness tees and they came out good. Kana assisted me via email they were out of 1 particular tee and she recommended another, not really much to the process. I ordered on October 8 & the shirts 👚 were received by Monday October 12. My ONLY complaint is with the packaging, some of the shirts had black marks on them from the box and raggedy strings hanging from the shirts. I suggest maybe placing the items in some sort of bag ? To better protect them during shipping. If I need tees in a rush again in the future I’d definitely order with One Hour Tees.

I am a monthly subscriber to their Pro Wrestling Crate service and have been since February 2021. When monthly crates are shipped, they always send a tracking number and shipping notification. I never received either for the May 2021 crate, nor did I receive the crate itself. I emailed back and forth several times with Michael, and was given the run-around each time. I was initially asked to wait ten days to see if it came, and it did not. Then I was told I was going to be sent a replacement and given a tracking number, which ended up being the June 2021 crate and not a replacement for the item was charged for and never sent. This was intentionally misleading and falsifying on the part of PWC/One Hour Tees. I emailed again and did not receive a response. I then emailed everyone at One Hour Tees and their subsidiaries, and immediately received a response from Michael stating they would send a replacement, along with a FedEx tracking number. It has now been two weeks and I have not received anything, and they are no longer responding to emails. This has been hands down the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. As a small business owner in the same area as they serve (wrestling), it is an embarrassment to the community as a whole, and something those who do business with them should - and will - be made aware of.

Very cool shop with a lot of different choices for your T-shirt needs of the wrestling genre. Considering the ALL-IN weekend event which may have been their busiest weekend with their store, they conducted the line in a very thought-out manner by letting a certain amount of people in the store at a time without overcrowding the storefront which was nice.

Ordered a shirt which was poorly printed, with ink spots on the sleeve, and was advised to wash it - after washing, the ink ran and ruined the shirt. I was then sent a replacement which has a small hole in the chest. It appears their products are produced quickly with little quality control. No response after complaining about the second shirt, no doubt Im pedantic after receiving two shoddy shirts and not being pleased. Avoid.

One Hour Tees is probably great as their reviews say when the company is pressing out a large number of shirts. HOWEVER, when you only need one or two, DON’T EVEN BOTHER WITH THEM! Definitely a big fish service provider cuz the little guy couldn’t get serviced in one day let alone one hour! Their tactics to rid themselves of very small orders was hitting me with emails of poorly cropped pics, emails, emails and mores emails, no phone contact for a speedy resolution and then leave the office early without telling the customer after all documentation was submitted. One Hour Tees, thanks for a attempt to ruin my anniversary.

I never received an item I ordered and they refused to replace it and lied and said they sent me a shipping notification, but they never did. Even the head of customer service, Maggie, refused to do anything to help, this person does not deserve to be in charge of customer service as they are not willing to help the customer.

I requested shirts 2 weeks ago and just learned today that the person assigned to my request was out of office. I was told over the phone that I would have to re-submit my order in order to get assigned to a new agent, which is inconvenient and creates more work. No notice at all and no option was given to have my project re-assigned to meet my deadline. Very unprofessional and a terrible way to run a business.

Very cool store, to say the least. If you are a wrestling fan, make sure you drop in if you are in Chicago. Lots of t-shirts to brouse/buy. I wanted a particular Razor Ramon tee, but it was not in the store. No prob. They had it printed and ready to go within a half-hour. They also have a lot of little items to purchase. I also bought a Pro Wrestling Crate (see photos) for a friend. Oh, and you can buy Good Ol JRs book autographed.

I love to order with OneHourTees! Whenever I have had to get custom shirts made for my family reunion, or a work event I ALWAYS use them. Karima is so helpful-- I always have her help out with my designs and orders.

This place is terrible. They say they can do shirts and polos but they actually do not. When you want a hoodie or polo they come back and say its a minimum order of 25 units. Luckily I found Thread Logic and they are actually cheaper and do not have crazy minimums with expensive prices.

By far the best service, experience, turn a round, and tshirt we have ever had in 14 years of hosting national retreats around the country. Shirts so popular we are still ordering more well after our event is over!

Exceeded my expectations. Had shirts made for my friends 30th suprise birthday party. Was able to upload and create the tshirt online, ordered verified via email and picked up the shirts the following week. Quality of the print was great (even with choosing the cheapest option). Pricing was great too- came out around $10 per shirt. Keep up the great work !!!

They say that they work with larger companies such as sprint, but I cannot believe it. There’s no way a company doing business with big businesses make that many amateur mistakes on a basic tshirt with words on it. They must have done one order with those big companies for the employees t shirts that they wear in the store or something small... I would not start a t shirt business with this company because they cannot produce a small order properly. The customer education is lacking. You are the expert, no reason I shouldn’t have been given a consultation about what measurements are needed to put a shirt order in. Without that information you will waste your money putting in YET ANOTHER order to fix the misunderstanding that one hour tees failed to prevent... when I spend my money I expect and expert to make sure I know what I’m doing .. you provide the service so why can’t you provide proper education and training to your staff? The store is closed and pickups only.. are there teenagers working here?

I ordered shirts I needed about two months in advanced. I wasnt sure how long the process would take and I wanted to be sure I would have the shirts I needed for an event. They were also the most affordable I could find online for the shirts I needed designed. OneHourTees was prompt with my order. They let me know they upfront cost and once I made my payment, they began working on my order. I received notification on when my shirts were sent I received them within 4 days. Thanks OneHourTees!

Excellent place for top quality custom tees

I placed an order for family reunion t-shirts. The sales reps were very helpful in making suggestions on improvements before finalizing my order. The t-shirts came out beautiful and everyone loved them! They came out true to size and of great quality.I must say that their pricing is very fair and the quality of work is well worth it. I have used others in the past that charge too much for an inferior product. I will be using One Hour Tees for all of my future custom t-shirt needs. I would give them more than five stars if I could.

One Hour Tees does not follow terms of their online order and payment system. When we choose payment must be payable upon delivery option, they forced us to pay in advance before delivery and order was cancelled. When we called the business, they don’t answer the phone call and they only send notified through text messages in a very long response time saying payment must be made in advance and otherwise, order will be canceled. It is very unprecedented and unprofessional. This business is not trust worthy.

I only trust One Hour Tees with my company t-shirts. They are fast and provide excellent customer service. Jerad has been really awesome to work with and he responds extremely fast. All of my batches have come out perfect and my customers love their shirts! They are the best in Chicago without a doubt and I will definitely continue to work with them in the future.

We had an issue where we sent the wrong design, even after approving it we didn’t realize so.. they handled it with ease and even reprinted them on demand for us at cost. What a great experience it was dealing with these people. They did a terrific job, at a great price! Colors came out perfect. In spite of my order being a one-off they were very friendly and helpful when I sought clarification or had specific instructions. Ordering a tee by uploading a picture to their website was as easy as can be.

Ordered a t shirt for my oldest daughters birthday. They walked me through the process to make sure it wad correct before I paid and they started the order and also had it ready within an hour. My daughter loves the shirt. Highly recommend this place.

Account manager was courteous and updated my image to high resolution. Order fulfillment employee was courteous at pick up. They are quick. I ordered 3 shirts. Unfortunately only one was usable. The images on the other two were spotty and transparent (white on black shirt). I mentioned it to the guy who brought the shirts out to me and he said that happens sometimes 👀. I mentioned to him how disappointed I was—crickets. I was in a hurry and had to leave quickly so I didn’t ask for the manager etc. I paid almost $90 for three shirts and can only use one. I would suggest they improve their quality control.***update***Account Manager offered to make amends. I appreciate the attention to customer support. Changing rating from 3 to 4 stars.

I requested a quote online, got a email saying they’ll follow up with me, days later still haven’t heard anything. Tried calling multiple times during business hours to figure out what my quote was or pay for my order, and I’ve gotten no answer. This type of service doesn’t help when you’re working on a deadline. I’ll just take my business elsewhere.
