The staff at the Paper Source were very helpful and seemed a bit overwhelmed but managed to be very creative with all of my family gifts this Christmas 2020.

As always this store never disappoints. The most beautiful paper, cards & paper accessories. I literally was in and out in less than 10 minutes thanks to amazing & helpful staff. They did my wedding invitations 2 years ago and I continue to return because of the service!

Friendly staff though this location is smaller than the one at Oak Brook Center.

This store has been here for several years, and I can understand why. Its not just about invitations, wrapping paper, or other paper goods; their gifts are excellent. If you want to get something unique, youll find it here. In fact, youll probably have a hard time choosing what to get. The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. A good shopping experience with quality items.

Overpriced. Went because I thought they have a lot of cute little things for my journal but nope :( just a handful of basic stuff... but they paper is pretty, $5 a sheet but they’re a decent size I guess

I love their selection of stamps and paper in the back - truly a pleasant place to be.

Great selection of stationery, not cards, cards, fun pens. Staff was very helpful. We had fun exploring this beautiful shop and they also have art classes.

Cute and unique items that I love! Ill choose a different location in the future though.The staff member who helped me informed me of a $5 gift for completing my happy return there, so I picked up a few things. After leaving the store, I noticed that I didnt receive that discount, nor the 15% off teacher discount that was discussed while ringing me up (and prominently displayed on the counter). Ill still hope it was an air headed mistake from the heat and not deliberate, though evidence suggests otherwise.

I drove past this place in a Lyft and backtracked on foot because it looked so cute! They had a bunch of great products. I was looking for pens, and found two I really like. I was looking for another type of pen and they recommended I go to another shop that stocked it—which I really respect. They didn’t try to push me to buy something I didn’t want, which is something a lot of other stores tend to do.

This is the branch where I had my wedding invitations prepared and printed. Im very satisfied with their service, and I can recommend them without reservations. I would definitely repeat business with them again. They were very professional, very patient with my requests, they had an extensive choice of providers, styles, fonts, paper and decorations, and they were at all times aware of the deadlines. They gave me a clear timeline upfront, and they were always on schedule. They clearly do this all the time and know their business inside out. Strongly recommended.As far as the craft supply store is concerned, they really have an amazing selection of paper and cards, and a decent selection of writing instruments including a few calligraphy pens. Im more into fountain pens, and unfortunately they dont carry fountain pen inks, but thats a minor issue.

Needs more variety of stationary in my opinion. It’s more like an Office Depot than anything. If you’re looking for legit stationary try another store.

Awful (read: non-existent) customer service. Was double charged on an online order and can’t get in contact with anyone—this store doesn’t pick up their phone, and the general customer service number takes hours to reach anyone. I will just end up contesting the charge and take my business elsewhere.

Highly overpriced. Some quality items. The shop is small like a gift shop in the front, and all the paper items are in the back. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Ordered wedding invitations and am having a horrible experience! My 1st proof did not come back with both revisions requested. The 2nd proof took forever and then they had power outages and did not inform about the delay until 2 days later.Regardless of their beautiful paper I would not order my invitations there.

A one stop shop if youre in a last minute rush. From cards, gifts, stationary, and gift wrapping. The team that works there are absolutely lovely and will help you either find what you need or will tell you where you can find it. Theyve saved me so many times as far as wrapping gifts for clients, I will ALWAYS visit this store first.

Love Paper Source, but cant shop there anymore due to wheelchair. There is a variety of paper goods creative supplies. Art supplies for book binding, journalling, book scraping, stenciling, wrapping supplies, and more. Also sells small fun unusual gifts. Carries seasonal products. Prints beautiful catalogs.

This is a great source for anything paper. They have a great selection of do-it-yourself crafts as well as plain paper sheets. They have lots of craft supplies, but the main reason I frequent this store is for gift ideas. They have plenty of cute/funny/meaningful gifts that are great for that co-worker you have no idea what to get. They also have a nice card selection and plain envelopes/cards for creating your own cards.

Cute, crafty, and creative - that pretty much sums up this store. I go here for their humorous, clever cards, and leave with adorable calendars, fancy gift wrap, and beautiful journals. Check out their Moleskine, Kate Spade, and Jonathan Adler products - LOVE! And if you ever need a hostess gift, they ALWAYS have something. :)

Whats not to love about this store? Everything they sell is so aesthetically pleasing, fun, cute, and unique. I love their card selection - they have a great variety for the typical birthdays, weddings, holidays, etc., but their cards are refreshingly NOT typical. :)They also have lovely calendars (its so hard to pick just one!) and they are now carrying Kate Spade products that are both modern and classic. The next time you go, be sure to check out their clearance section - this is one of those rare places where the clearance section is never full of crap.

I love the historical architecture of this building ...Chicagoland architect has many historical stories to tell.

Beautiful paper, excellent customer service but they dont carry Hot pressed large sheets of water color paper. I have them in the specialty category not raw art supplies.

I go here for all my papery needs. Wrapping paper and cards are their specialty, but theres lots more great things to choose from...their selection of novelty gifts is especially great!
