Guillermo made the process easy from beginning to end, and charged exactly what was quoted during our consultation (meanwhile, a different company quoted $1,300 more for the exact same stone). Someone recommended that I try Stone Lux when the first place I had gone to was not able to get my countertops in the time they had promised. I talked to Guillermo and he was excellent to work with. He very quickly had some options to show me in his warehouse. I found a granite that I loved and he was out to measure the next day. This was the best choice for my new countertops! I worked directly with Guillermo, who was available whenever I needed him, or had questions. If he did not answer his phone when I called, I received a call back literally within minutes! He had the color and quality I was looking for and had very competitive pricing. The crew that showed up for the installation was incredibly professional, and yet personable. They were efficient and had the work done in a very timely manner and it looked just gorgeous! We were referred to Guillermo and team by our architect on a renovation of our 7k sq ft home after the stone company we were dealing with was not delivering a high enough level of service. StoneLux save the job for us. They came in and took over where the other company left off and we are finished now and extremely happy with quality of the stone and the kind and attentive service we were given. He was able to help me narrow down my selections and make choices with pieces I am very happy with. Pricing for granite and install were extremely reasonable. His employees were professional and installed both my granite and tile backsplash.
