The printer here ran out of paper, it was difficult to get it reloaded. There was a line of about 5 or 6 people but I was able to let an employee know about the paper, he nodded and said okay but didn’t do anything. After he finished serving the 5 people he continued to not do anything about the paper. Then 3 more people lined up and I lined up behind them to let someone else know and finally get some help. What should have been an in and out print job turned into like 10 minutes. If they’re so busy they should have paper somewhere so customers can reload.

Printing with this service was simple, easy and inexpensive. Being without ready access to a printer at home, this was a godsend when I needed to print out a document for a presentation I was doing that evening.

Easy to use but a bit pricey unless youre only printing a few pages.

So easy to use even an idiot like me could manage it without having to ask anyone for help. I guess it could be a little cheaper, as others have mentioned, but compared to printing stuff at UPS its a steal.
