Minuteman does excellent work and they can turn it around for you quickly if youre in a pinch. I screwed up my order and they fixed it the same day while being incredibly kind and helpful. I cannot speak highly enough of Minuteman and Brad who saved my project last minute on a Friday!!!

I was so impressed with Julio and his team on the difficult rush job I had. They kept me updated every step of the way and even delivered the T-Shirts to my event when the production took longer than expected. Hats of to a wonderful professional team!

I usually receive stellar service from Minuteman Press, but my first interactions with the West Loop location have been awful. In the past month, Ive attempted to reach its team for two separate projects. Ive received no response to multiple phone calls and estimate requests online. Its as if the entire store has gone dark. I ended up finding another local printer for my employers printing needs but am very disappointed that my attempts to do business with this store have been completely ignored. If you need a quick print job, good luck with this place.

Zero stars if I could. I have been trying to contact them for a week about a job. Finally got a hold of someone after calling multiple times. Been waiting for a proof. Called again to check on it, and they tell me they cant do it and they have to start denying jobs. Talking with them is difficult because they dont seem to know what they are doing. Shame.

Super fast. I ordered 3 shirts with a team logo, number, and name at about noon and it was delivered by 3pm for a super affordable price.
