I had a few changes that I wanted made to make the cookies extra special and they did the best job. And of course the cookies always taste delicious.

Just stopped by for an evening treat and couldnt be happier. The ladies working were helpful and the cookies and cupcakes were delicious. Definitely on the neighborhood list.

Ordered (Dec 22nd) 2 days ago for local delivery and nothing!! Ive been on hold for 20 min to speak with someone!!!! I will never order again!! If they cant come through, they should not take the order!! They told me I could leave a # and they would call me back. I pressed zero and was disconnected as their mailbox was full. Total time on hold now 30 min!! Dec 26th..Tried to call and nothing..Sent emails and no RESPONSE!!

Just received a box as a gift.., these are terrible cookies. Mine were stale, way too sweet, and hard as a rock. No way. I am a baker, and these were frozen, defrosted, and put on a truck. Yuck.

Ordered some cookies today from the UK for a ‘special friend’ in Chicago. They were beautifully packaged and apparently taste delicious. I believe it was a girl called Michelle who helped me and was very sweet.Charlotte x

LOVED our experience with Cookies and Cupcakes by Design! I was able to call in an order the day before, and they were able to accommodate a delivery for next day. My daughter and her friends loved all the cupcakes, but one - the birthday cupcake. They all said that it tasted too chemically. They attributed it to the blue frosting. Other than that, the entire experience, from ordering to delivery and the product itself, was fabulous and delicious! Will definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you!

Extremely overpriced. Very mediocre cookies. They were running extrememly late and said that they would re-route/deliver to a house instead of my business (because it was after hours). However, they ended up just leaving them outside my business. I will never order from them again. Ever.
