Saw this place on TikTok awhile ago and finally was able to go. Super cute vibes and incredibly friendly staff! The cookie selection is great with fun and unique options. I got the classic cloud cookie which was like this warm, thick, soft almondy cookie that almost became like a cupcake toward the center it was so thick and delicious! The cinnamon roll cookie was also warm, so yummy and a thicker, soft consistency and the sweet frosting was incredible as well! Highly recommend and I will be back to try the others!!

Easily the best cookies I have had in the city! The sugar cookie and snickerdoodle are my favorite. The center of the sugar cookie is still a little doughy and is absolutely amazing!!! Also the smartest location in Wrigleyville and by the dispensary. The owner is the coolest woman ever, can I be her when I grow up?

Deli! decided to check out their cookies. Did delivery and it was simple to order and the cookies arrived on time. We ordered the chocolate chunk, Cloudoodle, caramel volcano and mom knows best. All are delicious and you can tell the finest ingredients are utilized. We will be repeat customers

We loved it! The cookies are pretty affordable for the large size at $3-4. Due to social distancing we had to wait outside but we got in and out within 10 minutes.My only complaint is that it’s a little hit or miss with being open sometimes. We went one day & they were closed but Google and their website had listed they were open. But I followed their Instagram and found they had actually sold out for the day so I’d advise making sure they’re open if you don’t live nearby!

I know people come here for the cookies but do not sleep on the gourmet pop tarts. I had the strawberry one and it was amazing. I wish I would have had it fresh cause it would have been better but Im not going to eat in the rain. It was a longer wait but they are worth it.

I vote yes. The eponymous Cloud Cookie is amazing; it has hints of cake batter. Pro tip: Wear white while eating it because the powdered sugar has a way of getting everywhere.

I have been a pastry chef for over 30 years...Got a culinary degree in Paris, was a teacher at Le Cordon Bleue...was the pastry chef at the Waldorf Astoria.A friend told me to check out that place.I am not sure what is up with all the bad comments, but this young lady that started that place is simply amazing and deserves all respect possible.She has an amazing product, LOVED all of them!!!I NEVER put comments on any website, Im a grumpy French pastry chef that always find some kind of criticisms...I got nothing 😅...keep doing what you are doing...you have an amazing business

I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to walk right in. The shop was smaller than I expected but SO adorable. My daughter loved the cloud wall and selfie mirror. We each chose a cookie and then got their namesake Cloud Cookie. It was HANDS DOWN the winner!! The cookies were all served slightly warm with the CUTEST little cloud napkin ever. It is very close to Wrigley field so be careful if its game day.

Do not write many of these reviews but this place was so amazing I had to share. BEST COOKIES MY GIRLFRIEND AND I HAVE EVER HAD. The worker was incredible and so nice, made us feel so welcome. If you can please come a support this business, they deserve to grow!

Ordered these for CNA week at my workplace and OH MY GOSH they’re amazing. We got a variety, all delicious, my favorites were the cloud cookie and the cinnamon roll cookie. We will for sure be ordering more, and tell everyone to try them.

I went here yesterday with some friends and was not disappointed in the slightest. The cookies were all amazing, my favorite was probably the double chocolate vegan cookie. The owner was very inviting and friendly as well!

I popped into Cloud Cookie for the first time last night. The stores aesthetic is super cute! Really loved the lighting! I went with a sugar cookie, an oatmeal walnut, and a cloud cookie. All 3 flavors were awesome! The cookies are HUGE, soft and buttery, and taste super fresh. This first batch was delicious and Im looking forward to trying other flavors, as well as the homemade poptarts! Highly recommend Cloud Cookie! 👍🏼🤩☁

Had a chance to stop here today and it didnt disappoint! This place gets a lot of attention for its aesthetic -- no surprise, the vibes are immaculate. But the cookies? Unreal. I tried the cloud and cinnamon roll, which smelled incredible and had clearly just been baked. Flavors and textures were unlike anything Ive had before -- 10/10. AnneMarie was also an angel, super welcoming.

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES. I went to this place about a month ago. I was so excited to go but was left disappointed. When I got to the store I asked the lady at the front which cookies do not have nuts in them. She had told me that there were no nuts in the gluten free cookies. So that was the one I had chosen to get. I got the cookie and left. When I started eating it in the car I instantly could feel that I was having an allergic reaction. It was very bad and I started vomiting luckily there was a drugstore near by and I could get some medicine. The staff is not trained at all and should have given me the right information when I asked them for it.

Great Cookies! Especially for gatherings. I like to throw them in the oven for 2-3 minutes and all my guest have a delicous desert. Plus they have an amazing gluten free chocolate cookie which makes my day!

Just tried one of their pop tarts (strawberry) for the first time and it was so good! Very flaky and buttery pastry and filling was tasty and not overly sweet or artificial. Definitely a baker who knows what they’re doing!

Very disappointing, honestly the cookies from Insomnia Cookies are way better. Tried 5 different cookies flavors, out of all of them the cinnamon roll cookie was the best which I’d rate as 3.5 stars. Not worth the money, not worth the drive, not worth the calories. Cute place for a picture though!

Cookies were excellent, soft warm and came in a beautiful box. Fair price for the size of the cookies.It was very rainy outside, I almost slipped and fell coming out of the store. I screamed so loud, employees did not ask if I was ok. Some other really nice customers were kind and asked if I was alright and to be careful.

I heard about this place because I saw Tana Mongeau post about it on TikTok. Super cute place and the cookies are HUGE and not expensive at all for the size. The staff member at the front was also really nice. Keep up the good work Cloudy and the rest of the team!

Love this place! My favorites are the cloudynoir, white macadamia, and the signature cloud cookie. The cookies are ginormous and for a gourmet shop these are a steal at ~$3-4... Next time Im in I plan on trying the cheddar jalapeno pop tart. The neon cloud wall is highly instagrammable too, so be sure to snap a pic when you stop in!

Rating is only on ordering process so far. Delivery is through Grubhub.....whos menu doesnt sync with what the store actually has available. This leads to orders being canceled 20 mins after theyre made.

I would give zero stars if possible. They are not good neighbors, they leave their dumpsters overflowing, the balloons from their grand opening went all over the neighborhood. I would never want to eat food from a place that manages their waste like this.

Cookies are not worth it. Very expensive. If you want cute pictures, why not, but dont go if you actually want a good cookie.They have parking.
