Wow! Just now this location not only tried to service a white man before me with no apology after I patiently was waiting and cramping but raised his voice at me, refused me service and tried to put his hands on me. Been a respectful and supporting customer of these locations for almost five years and this location for two and I am beyond outraged and in shock and will be contacting legal!

I LOVE this store. I come in for my daily wine. There have been times it wasnt in the cooler. Terrance LITERALLY grabs a ladder and will get it out of the boxes for me. Awesome customer service. Great store.

So lucky this was here for me this week. Staying at the hotel across the street, attached to the convention center, I would otherwise be stuck with $13 prepackaged gross sandwiches and Starbucks. Here, there’s a nice deli with good breakfast and good sandwiches, Intelligentsia coffee, and a decent beer/wine selection. I was in 4 or 5 times this week and everyone was friendly, too.

Priscilla and Terrance are both customer service angels with great tech skills. They were very friendly and patient while helping me figure out Apple Pay and then troubleshooting it. I wish I could give them more than five stars.

Im from Alabama and we have southern version of friendly but I can say without reservation....Yes! They are friendly. Deli is excellent, store selection is great for a small place. A jewel near the hotel I was staying in.

This is my next door neighbor and I love them !! Ritchie is great and personable and always friendly and looks out for us! We’ve been frequenting this store for the last 6 years and have met various staff members and they are all friendly and make us feel at home . Love their products and various snacks selections and the Hiba sandwich is amazing ! So lucky to have them in South Loop!

We live in the building and shop at your store almost every week. But you wouldnt refund the spoiled Milk my husband bought from you last night? (not expired just clearly sat on a warm truck too long which happens) Seeing as youre a Produce Market I would think you should care somewhat about quality control. I hope no one else gets sick and that your $7 milk was worth losing us as regular customers. There, now were both petty...

Prices are high but should be expected due to location. Friendly customer service everyday without fail! Quick and convenient. 👍👍👍

Don’t shop at this store!!!The other day I was across the street and I saw someone from the store (South Loop Market) come out and punch a young disabled guy who was standing outside his store for no reason. He then lied to the police and said the disabled person struck him first. These are bad people that you don’t want to patronize. Stay away from all the South Loop Markets and show them you can’t treat disabled people like this. This really made me sick to my stomach. Please say no to south loop market.

As close to a NYC style bodega as you get. Clean, has everything you need. Sandwiches are fantastic and always something on special.
