I find this CVS very pleasant, nice workers in Mayra and Edward… always helpful and attentive to my and other’s needs. I would never go back to Walgreens again. Nice job Guys, as always.

Apprently theres a policy that the store casnt open until mulyiple employees at yhe store. Thats fine. Except, when its already past the open time morning of the Chicago marathon and you have a group of people waiting outside at opening time that are refused entry. Id say either revise policy or hire puntual employees. About 30 people have been turned away so far

If you’re in a hurry, I do not recommend, cashier stood on the phone with her another co workers while myself and another customer were waiting to be rung out. Seems like they care more about gossiping about their co workers than doing their job.

The location is great. However, since its right by a dormitory, a lot of the items are out of stock.

THEY DONT COMPLY WITH STATE AND CDC REGULATIONS. Don’t go there. The people who work there have no respect for others safety and will casually take their masks off at the check out and whenever convenient I guess.

Im so glad that I found out about this drug store because they had everything I wanted for my mothers prescription. They even gave freebies with various vitamins! Im sure Ill suggest this drug store!

As of date, Ive had a very mixed experience with this pharmacy. Today was the first time Ive received the most helpful person on the other line. Ask for the pharmacist named Kim if you need something handled that hasnt been addressed for a while. She is going above and beyond to get my situation figured out for me instead of making me do all the work like the previous pharmacists and techs asked me to do so. For all the nuances that go into accurate billing and prescription filling, it only makes sense for the pharmacy to communicate directly with the payors. Thanks, Kim!

Tried to have pictures printed here using the CVS app. Staff had not even started the printing process two hours after I put in my order. I wait an hour and come back, then they tell me that the ribbon for the printing machine was out and they are going to have to start the process all over again. Terrible experience.

It was my first time I met a rude person like Nina at CVS! Just I have a couple of questions, I dont understand why if some people dont like to work in customer service they still do! I wont come back to that CVS! I prefer to walk to another store!

This is a pretty decent CVS Pharmacy. I go here often after work or during my lunch to grab a quick snack. They are okay with be chilling in their store while I wait for people to pick me up too so thats always nice.

This is the second time in a row I have waited over 30 mins in line to pick up a prescription. There was only one pharmacist, they were filling prescriptions on demand for people dropping off, which caused those of us only picking up to wait 15mins per person. There was no sense of triage. I finally left after 2 people and there were 3 people ahead of me. The manager came by and asked the pharmacist if he was ok and he said he was ok - he was not ok and his customers were not ok.I moved over to CVS from Walgreens - I am moving back to Walgreens - the most I ever waited was 15 mins in 7 yrs at that Walgreens.Get the pharmacy department some help and get a manager that has a clue.

Ordered photos. Was told it would be an hour wait. 3 hours and 30 min pass and nothing. It took me calling for them to start printing them. Smh.

They keep refilling my prescriptions without my authorization and then it causes me trouble with my doctor and getting refill authorizations at my actual pharmacy which is not a CVS. Thanks for being terrible. How dare you refill a prescription without authorization from the person its for. I never responded to the authorization text for a freaking reason.

The interior, the layout and the employees are all just feh. Translation: everything in this joint needs a little love. That said, you can find essentials youd expect to see on the shelves of a CVS. Just know the food assortment is rather limited and the employees are rather cranky. #Chicago #CVS

Ive seen bad pharmacys that are just visually digusting. But this one is well serviced.

Staff was very helpful and kind!

Standard CVS location plus a very friendly staff. My biggest suggestion for this location would be maybe one or two additional cashiers, not everyone (especially the older crowd) is comfortable with self check out machines.

Passport pictures are only taken from 7-11am and the staff doesnt even look at you when you ask them for help

Rude staff and I ask them to help me out because I couldnt find some of the items that I wanted to buy but they didnt help me out at all.

Could only use the self pay register. It did not work at all! Such a pain.
