Im so glad I found Dr.Beute at Wink Optical! She is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also very thorough. I never felt rushed during an appointment, and even look forward to them. Dr.Beute clearly cares about her patients and has always been very helpful even outside of scheduled visits. My parents even come in from out of town to see her! The office is also lovely!

Convinced me to get a years worth of contacts because of the rebate but never told me I had to submit the rebate nor gave me the form so I missed out on it. And anyways what kind of a lazy office doesnt do the rebate for you? Not great customer service. Every other eye doctor had done the rebates for me. 3 different places. I never asked the other offices to do it for me either, they just did it and told me to wait for it in the mail.Update: Okay, so the owner tries to do damage control of my review by putting that sad reply.. You shouldve done it right in the first place then, told me I needed to submit my rebate and given me the info to do so. You failed to do that and now you want me to call you so you can make more money off of me by making another appointment? What a joke. If you cant actually help me, then dont put a fake offer in my review to try to taint it.

I recommend this to everyone but the Lincoln Park area. They are so kind and accommodating and have the latest and greatest frames!

I have been a fairly loyal customer of a chain optometrist group but since CAHA suggested my little one see an optometrist, we decided to make the switch and try Wink on Lincoln. The difference in customer service is noticeable. Continuous care - having/seeing the same doctor each time - is a huge plus for this switch as well as having a more customized service. The practice itself is so child-friendly! Hoping our vision does not get worse but looking forward to getting to know Dr. Beute and the rest of the practice!!!

This place... I went to a different place to get my exam, but I felt the customer service was lacking, so I found this gem ala Google reviews. Those reviews did not disappoint.Nina was so helpful and really listened to what I wanted and what fit my really really strong rx. The process was easy and she even called the terrible eye store I went to previously to do my dirty work! I ended up with some slight sat eye glasses within a week and a half, and I honestly cant stop pretending Im Narcissus while Im looking in the mirror!
