I stopped in to see if repair of my sunglasses frames would be possible- Natalia was most helpful and provided superior customer service. Natalia took a look at the hardware, replaced a bad screw, gave me a back up screw and gave my frames a quick clean while I was there, all at no cost. I was not aware that this shop also had optometry service in house and asked Natalia about these services- Natalia provided information regarding their optometrist, optometry services and contact lenses. Looking forward to returning soon for these & more!

Personally, the most informative and pleasant experience picking out frames/lenses to date and Ive been wearing glasses for over 18 years. Brittany was wonderful to work with! Came in for one pair, left with three and will be going back for more. SEE on Clark St was recommended to me and I will do the same.

I’ve been wearing glasses for over 30 years and contacts for 25. I’ve had good experiences with others, but See on Clark has been the best, by far. Charlie has been absolutely fabulous, helping me pick out the perfect frames, and greeting me warmly a year later. Dr. Bhatt is equally fabulous, patient, and kind. I’m so grateful to have found them!

We had a minor but risky fix to be made to a pair of glasses. Eric was easy to work with, confident in his ability to fix it and did it for free in just a few minutes! Excellent customer service!

This is the best See location. Staff is always beyond helpful and friendly. Their selection is usually trendy, but they have a wide variety of traditional as well- and grab things from the back to match what you view. Highly recommend this location!!

A very unique glasses experience. The optician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the set up and the decor. The glasses were hit or miss but ended up loving one pair here after looking all over Chi Town for Frames.BTW...DID NOT FIND A PAIR MADE IN CHINA!!

As a former employee I love see much like their glasses they are trendy and outgoing! I refer people here all the time! The service is great and keep coming back!

This place was amazing! The layout was cool and styalish, and the products were very modern. The staff was very helpful. They even offered water (with straws!) and complimentary candy

Not sure what all the fuss is about... Pretty standard selection of frames unless you are trying to join a side show or lack the personality to earn attention.. And have to do so via Eyewear. I was not thrilled with my experience... Glasses took so long to receive that I had to go to another store and have a pair made - WHILE waiting to receive the order. Staff must be used to this as they ignored my compliants with a stepford wives imitation smile and cheerfulness.I still have not received the glasses...I always like dropping close to a grand in any store for my purchased products to be provided on some distant time line...

We chose this store based on great reviews, however so far an experience has been nothing but dissappointing! First, I must say they have good but limited collection of frames and they are all private label (i.e. not branded and made for them only), however price wise they position themselves like brands. Frames quality seems good though (and hopefully will be) so my husband chose a pair of glasses. However, its been second month now and he still does not have them because the two times he went to pick them up something was wrong with the lenses. We hope for the third time, but I definitely do not recommend this store to anyone else. I wear glasses myself and never yet been to a store that specializes in glasses and can not make them right already twice!!! This makes me question their expertise in glasses or simply dont care attitude to the customers.

Staff was great, and huge/fun selection. Get complements on mine everyday! Def coming back.
