Great customer service from the staff, bedside manner from the doctor, great selection of eye wear. I’m happy I found my new “eye home.”

My experience was amazing. Kari made everything easy and simple for me. My visit was quick and the service was fantastic. Everyone was helpful. Rosin Eyecare, give your employees there a raise! Definitely will return again.

The staff and doctor are all very pleasant and accommodating. I was however disappointed about one thing. When I was being fitted for contacts, the facility was out of the trail lenses for my right eye. The doctor said she was going to give me a generic brand. It fit fine and felt alright. A few days later the generic lens was hurting my eye. I went back to see if they can give me a trial lens of the correct brand and they told me that the notes reflected that the doctor had given me the correct brand for both eyes. I explained to them that wasn’t the case. The doctor should’ve changed the note to say that she had given me an off brand lens. On top of that, they were STILL out of the name brand lenses I needed.

With a sensitive organ like the eye, you need a professional with care, expertise, and...sensitivity. This is what Ive experienced during my three visits to Rosin Eyecares Thompson Center location. Im utterly impressed by their precision, teamwork, and genuine concern. Bravo!

Location is what brought me here and I am so happy it did! Staff is excellent. They were very flexible in getting me in lens that would work for me. I would very easily recommend this location to others.

The optometrist took time to explain everything and work out a solution. I give that part 5 stars. I took one start off because I felt pushed to buy glasses there. I realize thats how they make their money but I didnt like feeling pushed. Ill still go to them

Speed. Friendliness. Expertise. Empathy. All reasons why I switched away from LensCrafters (any other big chains really). Rosin was exactly what I needed when my vision was in need; I now have 20/10 vision with their corrective solutions. Most importantly, I fell like the optometrist really cared about my eye health and wanted me to have the best service possible. The emails, reminders, and ease of use for reordering contacts via a text is unbelievable! Makes my life just that much less stressed! 😍 10/10 would come again.

Easy to schedule an appointment, location close to work, friendly employees, doctor was professional and listened to my concerns. Contacts were ordered quickly and arrived before expected. Overall really good experience.

Had a good experience with Dr Graves and Brandon (optician). Samantha thanks for helping me get my incorrect prescription rectified. Sad that I had to go through it but glad it’s all fixed. FYI the Michigan Rosin got my prescription wrong and were not willing to fix it. I’d give this center 5 stars because of the experience and I decided I’ll get glasses there too but when I was pricing out my glasses it was near $400. Online glasses competitors are half that.

I have been going to Rosen Eye Care in the Thompson Center for about 3 years. I have had great experiences with the eye doctors and staff. It is also a very convenient location for me as well. I hope to continue going there in the future. If you havent gone there, give them a visit.

I went to get allergy medicine for my eyes. The doctor did a quick exam and suggested a few options. I opted for the strongest, which BCBS wouldn’t cover because they don’t actually care about anyone’s health as much as they do collecting premiums. The front desk person was then really helpful in finding me a solution to where I was able to get my eye drops by paying out of pocket but for a greatly reduced rate. Also, Jennifer Barrette is a fantastic Rosin employee and was phenomenal in helping my getting my appointment. 10/10 will go back next year.

Rosin Eyecare was the first optometrist I ever visited 40 years ago when l was a kid. Over the past 10-15 years or so I had been going to some national chains. I came back to Rosin recently and there’s no comparison. Rosin’s staff is much more thorough and professional!

Such an efficient team. My experience with Dr. Dharia was really good. I required a quick appointment due to my schedule and Cat and Dr. Dharia got me in my exam and out super quick and on time. Ive been going to Rosin for almost 5 years now and am very happy with them. I trust their doctors (and I used to be in the ophthalmology industry) and their office staff always nice and helpful. Plus, they are conveniently located from my office, and I like their product selection.

Super convenient location near my work. Waited less than 5 min for my appointment and it was quick and easy. I ordered contacts and a pair of glasses, but never felt pressured to buy a more expensive pair nor did I feel rushed to make a decision. Overall, I highly recommend this practice! (especially after having not so great experiences at Spex!)

Rosin Eyecare has been my place for vision services for years. The Berwyn location was my place where I would visit with Dr. Vanderbrook. I notice in 2017 the Thompson center had a location I went and it was a good visit.The customer service is the business from the receptionist to the Optomistrist to the associate who fits you for your new glasses outstanding.If I could add one con when you’ve been going to the same place for so long the frame selection begins to look smaller, so at my visit 12/2018 I was super excited when she said they are looking at new frames. So I will be back in Feb for a second pair.

Customer service was excellent but the only thing was, there was no swag, other vision companies gives you lens cleaner, contact holders, stuff for your eye care but Rosin does not give you anything. Disappointing in that regard.

Helmut jahn is a great architecture. This building, although described as ugly, is not such, at most uncomfortable to see in its external form. The interior is apotheosic, a little strident in its colors and its visible structure, but it is overwhelming in its magnitude and spatial conception. The spatial unit of a city of services, at the same time imbricated in a metaphysical-landscape patio-garden. A hooray for me Im a crack in architectural criticism
