They were super safe and diligent about covid best practices and the whole process was efficient and smooth. Dr. Eric Veverka and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! They also don’t try to repeatedly convince you to buy contacts/eyeglasses (which is usually my least favorite part about going to the eye doctor) so that was a nice! I plan on coming back to this location for my next eye appointment. Highly recommend!

Dr. Nierman is by far the most experienced, competent, and kind optometrist I’ve had. So glad I found this place. Everyone is always so pleasant.

Staff is great. Love Dr. Neiman. He shares lots of info and has passion for what he does. The only thing I wish is that there were more titanium frame options. Could be an industry issue but seems Blackfin is the only option.

Dr. Nierman is the most competent optometrist I have ever had. Ive been seeing him for the past 8 years. He found some issues that no one had ever told me about. Highly recommend. No comparison to others.

I had to request for my prescription 6 different times before the doctor would give it to me, and he refused to give me eye protection after dilating my eyes. Easily the worst eye appointment I’ve ever had, would not recommend. I’ve requested twice for my contact info to be removed from their records and they still contact me for additional appointments.

Such a nice team! Lots of brands and glasses to choose from, and the team is very good at explaining and maximizing insurance.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Niermans for a few years, before the practice became a part of Rosin Eyecare. Dr. Nierman is awesome. You can tell he has a real passion for his career, and once I even got him to nerd out about interesting eye diseases and show me examples. I really respect a doctor that chooses to live in the city - in the same neighborhood - as his practice. The staff really helps me get the most out of my vision insurance, too. It doesnt appear that they have a lot of staff turnover, either. People seem happy working there.

Rosin Eyecare has consistently provided for a great eyecare experience. All associates are very knowledgeable as well as the optometrist. The office is small unlike the larger eye care providers which I felt comfortable with the appointment scheduling especially during covid. They also service children’s needs. They provided the appropriate level of care for my daughters eye condition.

Very Very Disappointed, I have been going here for several years. I traveled 45 min to an hour. I Received Service 06/18/2021 and now on 10/28/2021 I receive a bill indicating I under paid. It wasnt an insurance error, it was the location in Old Town. Spending $641.00 and get a bill 4 months later for an additional $105.00 for a total of $746.00. I did not even receive a simple phone call explaining the error. I will never so here or any Rosin location ever again. Its very unfortunate during these times practices like this would happen to anyone.
