Easy to get an appointment at a time that worked for me. No waiting once I was there at my appointment time. The doctor was very nice and thoroughly explained all my options and the benefits/drawbacks of each one. The staff was very helpful in helping to select glasses that fit and looked good. They also helped figure out what the best use of my insurance would be and found the best rebates for my contacts.

The Doctors are great. My Dr. was very thorough and informative. It did take a week to get my glasses and was told I would get them in 3 days so one star taken for that. Otherwise I like Rosin

I have gone to Rosin Eyecare since 2013 in multiple locations. The staff and care has always been fantastic. They have helped me with fitting eyeglasses/contacts. I decided to undergo lasik surgery in 2017 to correct my vision (my prescription is -7/-7.5). The whole process was very easy and I had no complications. My vision is better now than it ever was with glasses or contacts.

Wilmarie is the heart of this shop. Employees and doctors come and go. But Wilmarie makes sure that you are taken care ofThat company better take care of her, if they lose her that location won’t succeed

The gentleman who assisted me was friendly and took care of my eye emergency. Something was inside my eye and it was irritating me. I was in so much pain and my eye was so red...A lady and I, were in the waiting room. She was there for an interview and the Second gentleman at Rosin eye care, assisted the interview first. wish he could have made his interview wait a little and allowed me to go first. Since my eye was in so much pain. This would have also shown the interviewer what true customer service really is.Other than that, the first gentleman who assisted me was professional, friendly and truly made me feel cared for. He also prescribed me eye drops.Thank you!!!!

I have been going to the CBOT Rosin office for the last 5 years. They have absolutely wonderful! Dr. Stacy Bolsa is awesome, I hope that I never have to go another eye Dr the rest of my life. I was very sad when Wilmarie, went to another office for 5 or six months. But shes BACK!!! I work in the same building and stop in to say hello and I always feel that Im part of family. I highly recommend Rosin and my family members Stay and Wilmarie!

Optometrist was very good and as a bonus identified I had dry eyes, crazy but no one ever told me that before... That alone is such a life changing !

I was visiting Chicago and had some sort of problem with my eye (puffy, red, painful). The Doctor was able to see me without an appointment, and provide me with both a diagnosis and enough “sample pack” meds to resolve the issue. Much appreciated!

I have been going there for years now, and just received a rude phone call from an employee threatening to back charge me $25 from 3 months ago because I failed to bring in a coupon at the time. After 10 minutes on the phone, they said they would write it off, but told me not to try and use the coupon again. First off, youre fired for threatening me and assuming I am committing fraud. Second, I am taking my 1k+ a year business elsewhere, because I have zero patience for unprofessional treatment. F-

I have been to many eyecare facilities but Rosin is awesome. They give me personal care and not a number treatment. I been using them for three years and they just shine. If you have VSP they do all the savings work for you and taylor it to your own plans. I look forward to seeing tgem again in 2018. The optomtrist is amazing she found a small freckle on the back of my daughters eye that we now can watch every year to ensure no growth. No other doctor caught that thanks.
