Dr Kevin McClellan performed a comprehensive eye exam on this senior citizen. He was thorough and focused. He gave me continuous feedback while performing his diagnostic procedures. Putting me totally at ease. After completing his examination he gave me a detailed analysis of his findings and thoughts. I took his prescription and picked out a new pair of glasses. I now am wearing the most functional pair of glasses I have ever had. Thank you Dr. McClellan for being in my life.

I understand this is a doctors office, but you would expect one to also have decent customer service. Dorothy is one of the rudest humans I have ever spoken to.

I’m always happy that I see Vickie when she takes me in and gets me ready for the Doctor she is super kind sweet and very professional it’s always a joy to see her and the rest of staff!!! Visited Dr. Ethington’s office for my Mom’s cataract surgery follow-up. Surgery went well, both eyes are doing well…Yeah! Thank you for responding to my many questions and explaining options in great detail.Special mention at today’s visit goes to Matt the technician, he was extra helpful with my Mom who is in a wheelchair, he was very professional and patient as he took my Mom through her examination! Matt made the visit enjoyable and easier for her. Thank you very much!

Kezia was very helpful solving my question about my Medicare payment for my visit. She resolved it quickly and sent me a letter with the phone number to Medicare to call and correct my info in their files.Problem resolved, quickly and in a friendly manner. Had one run in with this office and it was not a pleasant experience. The lady was extremely rude and snotty.

The office ladies in the optical area are outstanding! With every visit they are pleasant and helpful and thorough and move things along to help you get done what you’re therefore. Today I worked with Dorothy all I know is outstanding because she helped my daughter with contacts for the first time and was so gentle and patient and now my daughter is so comfortable putting her lenses in. I cannot say enough about all of these women in this area who make your visit to the eye doctor very pleasant!

I have been going to the office since I was a child and have always experienced confidence that I was receiving the finest quality medical care and attention from the earlier doctors I saw, through the current doctors. Dr. Dougal is my regular doctor, and her care is exceptional. Every concern is addressed, and time is taken to offer the best way to proceed when necessary. As important as the doctors are, the rest of the staff is top rate. A professional group in every aspect. Your care is their priority.In the past I have gone to outside sources to obtain my corrective lenses. After my last visit I went back to the optical shop connected adjacent with the office. The shop has an extensive array of frames to fit any style, and the staff is very helpful in helping you choose not just something fashionable, but will suit the needs for your prescription. I was properly fitted, was informed about all my lense options, and was able to decide what it was I wanted and best fit what I needed. Renee, the optician, did a wonderful job with my new pair of glasses, making sure the fit and my clarity was in focus.With everything I recently experienced from my last visit, I am seeing clearer and able to read the finest print with no effort. I am completely satisfied with all the care I receive here from everyone, and I would recommend this office to anyone who cares about the importance of their vision.

My experience was absolutely phenomenal! I worked quite a bit with Renee Coleman and her service was second to none. She was extremely caring, kind, and went above and beyond for all of her patients. She made sure each patient was taken care of and was helpful answering any and all questions.

Let me start by saying I would give this place 10 stars if I could.For years I went to Americas Best before coming here and it was a huge positive change when I eventually switched over.Dr. Ostoich is by far my favorite doctor Ive ever had. Hes funny, kind, talkative, and truly takes his time to explain everything that he sees and what it means for your eyes. He is incredible!I also absolutely love all the kind receptionists and workers who always make me feel welcome and cared for.Switching over has been the best decision Ive ever made for my eye care!I would highly recommend anyone to come here for their eyecare needs. They will definitely take incredible care of you!

Dr. Brent Ostoich was so wonderful. It was a delight to talk to him. We had a truly pleasant and interesting conversation during the exam.The eye care staff were terrific as well- they went above and beyond to help me find the frames I wanted.I would highly recommend this practice.

My grandma is Polish and has a hard time understanding and speaking English. They have a few girls there that speak Polish and were happy to translate for her. The doctor was quick but very informative !
