A bunch of rude stuck up women. Don’t waste your time co-signing at this place. Was told that several of my items were sold and that I would receive a $1000 check. Never received one and was told that my items were returned.

This company is shady as heck. Don’t trust their shady business practices, they have no integrity and really poor customer service. You should shop at a more reputable establishment where you know you will not have any issues.

Located on the 5th floor so you might want to take the elevator instead of all the escalators. Great selection of lightly used designer items at reasonable prices. If you’re in the 900 shops it’s definitely worth stopping by for a look.

After visiting Aster Hall, we decided to stop by. We were never greeted despite the store being completely empty of patrons. The staff was talking among themselves. Never did they stop chatting to offer assistance. Another customer walked in was ignored too. I guess when you earn an hourly wage the employees don’t care to provide good customer service. The items are okay. The prices do not correlate to the item condition. I’d recommend purchasing/selling on The Real Real or Tradesy.

Not a lot of products, staff doesn’t greet you if you don’t look rich, I walked right by a worker and she ignored me and greeted the next woman that walked by. Shouldn’t even call itself a thrift store more like discounted ugly stuff

Used to shop here a lot, store and online. But its gotten snobbier over the years. Very Pretty Woman vibe. If you dont look the part, youre not getting the service. I so wanted to walk back in with the Alexander Mcqueen I ended up buying and say Big mistake. Huge.

BE CAREFUL when you want to consign here. The price you agree upon when you first consign and the price it was later sold for might be completely different. And they wont tell you even though you are the consignor.About more than a year and a half ago, I dropped off some items to have them consigned with LGS. Before I consigned, I agreed with the price for my items. I remember vividly, Kathleen has the list price at $395 for a pair of BRAND NEW Prada shoes, however, in August, three months later, it was sold for $120...In three months, the price dropped more than 200$ and I was not even aware of the fact that the price has dropped...Who in this Gods Green Earth would sell a BRAND NEW pair of PRADA with box and everything for $120 when it just 3 months in... I got my Tory Burch shoes sold for more than that...

Terrible communications!! I am a high-end consigned with items from Chanel, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, etc.When I access my account they are not there. This has happened 3 times in a row over 7 weeks.It takes 2 weeks to get a return email. It takes a month to get an item returned.They lost 1 item.They do not mail checks but send “echecks” with which my bank is unfamiliar.LGS is poison to me!

The sales associate did not bother to greet me once while I was visiting the store. She was too busy talking to her friend about the Keto diet. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.
