Very rude owner names Leo, had no kind ways of talking to his customers. It’s been a few months that I drop of a phone for screen repair service. I wasn’t able to get it from him due to my grandma passing away from Covid-19. Now that I want my phone the owner Leo is making me wait until he wants to return my property. I feel that if my phone was there for about two months it should be done and I should be able to pick up my phone at any given time now. Very upset. He might need to organize his store a bit more so he can be able to find things in there. Don’t recommend him at all.

Ah, the Blue Screen of Death. If youve experienced it, you know how sick you feel when you realize that all of your information may be lost forever. When this happened to me recently, I searched for computer repair places near me and stumbled upon the great reviews for Leos Computer Store. I wanted to support a small business in my community so I decided to take a chance with them. Im so glad I did! This place is a hidden gem. Mauricio did a fantastic job restoring my laptop, and for a great price. Im very happy and I highly recommend them!For those who want more information ... Id been backing up most of my files to Carbonite but I had a bunch of stuff on my desktop that hadnt been backed up yet. Mauricio was able to recover the vast majority of my files, including everything from my desktop. When mentioned that I was planning to buy a new laptop Mauricio advised that my old laptop was still in great shape and all I needed was a new hard drive, which was absolutely correct and saved me a bunch of money. The store doesnt look that remarkable from the street, but once I started working with them I felt more confident in their service than I ever had in a big box store. I also want to give a special shout-out to their fantastic in-house Spanish-English interpreter, who helped Mauricio and me communicate accurately and effectively. If youve read this far, you also might appreciate learning from my mistake - I should have brought my computer to Leos Computer Store when I realized I was yelling OMG computer, its just a Word document! Its not that hard!!! on almost a daily basis as my laptop struggled with basic functions. Lesson learned. THANK YOU for saving my laptop!! A+++ highly recommend.

I really recommend this place they also were super nice and friendly they helped me with my copys also very economical prices and fair they were so economical that I even gave tips for being such a nice cheap family owned buisness!! So my Iphone6s plus headphone port was completely destroyed, I first went to an Apple Store and they said they couldnt do ANYTHING that I had to buy a NEW ONE. I came over to Leos just for the heck of it and try to fix it AND HE DID he explained the two options perfectly he wasnt trying to go for your money we did the cheapest option first which was just $10 and the second option was $45 still cheap because he was going to replace the whole bottom part. Now my phone works perfect! Definitely recommend this place GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, CHEAP, TRUSTWORTHY, FAST.

I live in Pilsen and needed to get my computer fixed. A friend in the neighborhood recommend me to Leos. Which is family owned. Leo was super kind, knowledgable, and fair on the price. Id definitely recommend going there for all your repair needs.

They told me 2 days tell my PC would be fixed. Went buy the next day on the way home to see how its going and it was all done and waiting for me. 😁

I came in because my daughters iPad mini had an iTunes recovery problem and had to be connected to a computer. My laptop isnt working so I came in to use the computers. The guy was so nice and only charged me $1 for the 15 minutes I was on the computer. He even encouraged me to bring my laptop in and he would look at it. I will definitely be back! Im glad there is somewhere to go in the neighborhood besides the library because they dont let you download programs.

Hello, good morning, just to tell you that I went to Leoss business and they treated me very well, the lady here is very kind and she helped me solve my problem, she lent me her email so that they could send me a letter, I had gone to another place and not They wanted to help me that place is the best there is in cermak 3032 w cermak I recommend it% because it is a very cheap place and they are not expensive and they have 2 very adorable kittens and it is in a clean place and it smells very delicious and the lady gave me your time and I only charge 1 $ !!
