Here to revise an earlier posting. It’s not worth getting your iphone fixed here - just go to an apple store and save yourself the trouble. My screen was not placed properly causing issues with the receiver and speaker, I could only make calls on speaker phone or using my headset. Then, my phone screen cracked again just a couple of months later (I had my phone for almost 1.5 year before needing a new screen the first time). Don’t get me wrong, nice people and quick service, but I’ll now have to pay more or get a new phone altogether.

Before they had helped me with the repair of an Iphone 8plus, and when I got the bill from at & t for almost $ 200.00 of cable and internet, I was reminded that they offered me the Comcast service, and today I am only paying $ 118.83 with the same services, better speed and more channels, I appreciate your service, Conecta Inc.

My laptop was slow, old and faulty. They did a great number on it. It is fully updated. It moves faster than before. All for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Was there at 5:40 pm on a Friday...all postings including their front door and site said closes at 6 pm on Fridays. No one was there and all locked up. Their hours on their front door and site said opens at 10:00 am on saturdays, I get there at 10:45 am on Saturday and no one was there and all locked up. Tired of wasting my time trying to go there when no one is there yet they don’t have the common decency to change their hours with a permanent marker on a piece of computer paper on their front door!!!! It’s not rocket science!!!!!!!

Went there for Desktop work a while ago, they never fixed my desktop like I wanted had to go back so many times, they are also slow and rarely called I had to call them to see what is up, when window10 was free they didnt install it. regret going there so hard to find a good place that repairs your desktop with original operating software disappointed.

Before I took my laptop here my laptop had this issue: it turned on normally, I entered my password to login, then after that my screen went completely black with the mouse cursor in the middle of the screen. My home didnt load at all. The laptop was taken here. They said they would call back the next day at 10am, they didnt so at noon I went to ask them when they would fix it, they said I should come back late in they day. I have the laptop now but the USER Interface is NOT how it was and they downloaded GOD knows what programs onto it. Heres the kicker: at least one-third of my keyboard letters dont work. I dont know what they did but they changed 265 dollars!! I did not pay for a broken keyboard!!! If they didnt know how to fix it they couldve jist let me knowEdit: They fixed my keyboard for no additional charge

Wish I could give them zero stars! They were charging me $80.00 for a cracked screen to fix, but the phone only cost$ 80.00 bucks. And that its new!!! I never went back. J/S

Twice these people have serviced me and they always say they have to remove everything for my computer which I really dont like. This last time they fixed it free of charge but I believe there was to make up for the prior time that they screwed it up. I do not plan to return.

Bad service they don’t know what they are doing. Do yourself a favor and take your electronics somewhere else. I took my cell phone because the microphone was not working properly, I paid and still not working.

Back again, last time I was here I paid $105 for my iPhone 6 screen to get repaired ($95 for screen replacement and $10 for a tempered glass). Service was great. This time it was fast service, but the woman behind the desk gave me an attitude and almost didn’t give me back my phone case had I not asked for it. What’s weird is that this time I only paid $75, which is better than last time. I realized they ripped me off the first time because when I messaged them on Facebook they told me it was a $75 cost. When I called them to confirm they said $85 but once I mentioned what they told me on Facebook they only charged me $75. Maybe they just miscommunicate but it’s strange they have inconsistent prices.

Its a warning for u all. This place dont know how to fix electronics. I took my computer I had a bad experience.

Worst of places, they have no clue how to repair phones, and they are not responsible for their mistakes. They damaged the r sim chip and locked the phone and it was not enough to have erased everything on the phone, without first telling what they were going to do to the phone. I paid for them to do all that and the bad service was very expensive 😡😡
