OMG!! I took my computer there and the guy was so helpful. My computer was not fixable..the motherboard was basically gone. He transferred my files to my flash drive for only 20.00. He suggested Microcenter for a new tower. Found one for 90.00 with one year warranty. Thanks so much

Incredibly professional, honest, and generous. I took my laptop in after it died, and the guy working there listened to and believed me when I explained the problem and what I had already done to try to fix it, patiently explained the likely source source of the problem (dead motherboard) and recommended I buy a new computer rather than try to get mine fixed. When I asked how difficult it would be to remove the hard drive, he immediately offered to do it for me and made sure I understood how to connect it to the adapter I had brought with me. I tried to pay him for his helpfulness and and for his time, but he refused no matter how much I insisted. It’s really hard to find businesses with this level of integrity, and the experience really made my day. I will definitely be going here for all of my future computer-related problems.TLDR: Go to this store

We have returned to Computer One Chicago (Dragos), time after time, over as many years as I can recall, and we have done so for several reasons. I am always skeptical of being taken advantage of on services that I know little to nothing about however, after employing this gentlemens talents on several occasions for our computer needs we were convinced that we had found a technician that was honest, possessed a deep knowledge of computer hardware and software, who showed up very close to the time that he said that he would, worked quickly and whose charges were well within reason. Additionally, he even suggested several free applications that allowed us to keep our businesses better organized while saving us time and money.All in all, we could not ask for more in the way of prompt, quality service at a reasonable price. Over the past 10 or so years, we have used his services 10 to 15 times for our business computers and we cannot say enough to recommend him and we are not easily pleased; we are certain that if you choose to employ his services, you will feel exactly the same way as we do!David F.
