Tony is not only a hard working man but he gives great advise on how to take care of your computer.

They technician neglected to tell us our computer was outdated and was from 2004. we called to ask about a ram upgrade 4 months later and we found out it was outdated. make sure you check your facts because we now have to see about upgrading our desktop.

Great service fixed my lab top with no problems

Brought my computer in because it wouldnt register my hard drive. They charged me 189 dollars, 140 of which went to labor and setting up the computer. After i took it home i almost immediately started experiencing blue screen errors. Brought it back to them and they couldnt find anything wrong with it even though they kept it overnight. I ended up having to fix the errors caused by their laziness myself. It ended up being a driver error, they didnt even check to make sure, after charging me $140 in labor, that all the drivers were up to date.

This rating is regarding customer service. Calling this store is like a headache. Why all the talking? just get me the darn technician. It i like getting a whole phone course on the business. All the menus have a woman just chatting away and telling you to press more numbers for more chatting. That is irritating and bad for business. Where is the option to talk to a technician?
