My laptop keyboard was Kapoot. Dropped computer off around 5pm. Was back home with a functioning laptop, including replacement keyboard, before 7pm. Cost was very reasonable.

Awesome experience. Brought my Mac in to get the screen repaired. He quoted a price well below the competition and had the parts ordered and job done by the next day! He even let me use my laptop while he was waiting for the parts to arrive. Great customer service, and even better work. I would highly recommend this place.

I have used this repair shop since it first opened. I would never ever dream of taking my stuff anywhere else. We bought a laptop from him for $100 dollars and it has worked flawlessly for 3 years. He has repaired our various laptops, at more than fair prices, over the years. When he fixes your computer, it stays fixed, there is no mystery new problem a month or two later. We took my husbands laptop over to him at 7pm tonight. The keyboard would not register certain keys. He had it back to us by 8:20!!! The new keyboard was amazing!!! Problem solved in under two hours for $60 dollars. We thought that we would have to replace the whole thing. I could go on. This guy is honest, skilled, and the best thing that can happen to you when you need computer help. I wish that I could give 10 stars!

Such a great experience with this place. My computers battery wasnt holding a charge, and I had done EVERYTHING the internet said to do to fix it, and it still wasnt working. Nas said hed check it out to see what it needed. It ended up being a pretty complicated problem (my computer is almost 10 years old), but he did things pretty quickly and was very flexible with letting me keep my computer while the parts shipped. I would recommend Hyde Park Computer Center to anyone with computer issues!

I visited here twice regarding issues with my macbook pro... both times Nas provided great service with reasonable price! If you live around hyde park this guy is definitely the man to go to.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience working with Nasir. He was very honest, prompt, easy to work with and accommodating. His rates are incredible and his is very efficient! Although we dont anticipate having computer issues anytime soon, we will certainly use him again should the need arise.

I thought my computer wouldnt charge, he figured out the problem was in the adapter. It would have been weeks and hundreds of dollars to get a response from the vendor, he figured it out in a few days for 10x less. Also just very friendly. He also cleaned my computer free of charge which was great!

Nasr charges fair prices and sticks with his promises. He had my computer fixed up within a week ( had to order parts online) and was great at answering any questions I had along the way. I highly recommend coming here if you have a computer problem!

Ive been doing business on and off with Nasr since I found him in 2014 and that was only due to relocation. Other than actual computer purchases (and maybe not even then) I will never go to anyone else but him! He is a highly knowledgeable in his field, offers great new and refurbished products and his customer service is second to none! Over the years Ive bought a MacBook Pro, a Dell Inspiron and other gadgets from him; and even when I would just window shop, he still showed me the same level of customer service! Keep it up Nasr!

Nasr is extremely customer friendly. He gave me many options for the broken HP laptop screen. All options fit my budget well. I am happy I have a guy like Nasr close to where I live.

Had my laptop fixed after it got rained on. I had another tech crew look at it, and they werent able to identify the water damage and recommended I but a new one. But when I brought it to HP computers, he got it fixed up at exactly the price he said it was going to be. Awesome service.

Never in my life have I written an online review, but I couldnt be quiet here. Nasr is a miracle worker. He fixed my computers many issues (including RAM failure & transition to a solid state drive) in less than 24 hours for an order of magnitude less than I would have paid with another company.
