Really like this place. Nice person in charge. Great selection of books. Really clean and organized. Only taking a star off because I asked to be subscribed to a series last month and I never got an email letting me know my book was in. I came in they told me my book was sold out. Frustrating because I work a job that makes it hard to get to the shop early on new release days. They told me they would make sure to email me when they get more of my book in but I was trying to get the cardstock version of all 6 issues. Now I will likely have to buy digital or buy from a scalper. Definitely will shop here again but there should be a better subscription system.Edit: Terry got in touch with me to explain the situation with my subscription and made me feel much better. Updated to 5 star.

I went, got what I was looking for, then left. The guy who worked there, I assume the owner, was pleasant. He was knowledgeable. And seemed cool.

Terry is awesome! I have a 10 year old granddaughter who loves video games. With his expertise Ive got her reading again! She read the first book twice and he was able to find her 5 more that she instantly began to devour!

Terry puts a lot of thought into his selection and gives great recommendations for new titles to try, but also special orders items at my request. A great shop. But even more, its events have become a great social outlet for me! Terry knows how to bring a wide range of people together and get them talking and having a good time.

Been coming to this place every week since 2014. Love the staff, love the vibe. Bright and clean. Anything they dont have is ordered quickly. Owner gives great recommendations and knows his stuff.

I could be biased, since I attended a wedding - thats right, a wedding - here in September 2017. There truly arent enough comic book stores near universities to satisfy your inner geek, but luckily Loyola has this one right off their main campus. Not as geared toward indie or small press titles as Chicago Comics or Quimbys is, but what they do specialize in they do well.

I was discouraged by the size when I stopped in but the guy who worked there was really nice and helpful and you can tell that they really put A LOT of thought into what they do and dont carry. Plus, they have good recommendations and seem to be able to order other things for you that they dont carry.

It was smaller than I was expecting and there werent many as graphic novels as I heard there were. There were a few interesting comics there though and it looked like they got a bunch of new releases.

Small kiosk type store. Knowledgeable owner. Mostly comic books and a few collectables.

Great selection of comics, TBPs and hardcovers. If they dont have it Terry will order it for you. Great place to come and talk about comics and all things nerd. They really know their stuff here .

The best place to get your comics in both the Edgewater and Rogers Park neighborhoods. Absolutely wonderful and an informative owner.

Terry is a fine fellow that helps people to find things they like instead of just trying to sell stuff. Tiny store, but with a bigger selection online.
