Good boutique,great experience. Rick was good at assisting and helping me get what I wanted.Weekends can be busy. Be prepared to wait outside because of limited covid capacity.It’ll be great if they allowed to use store credits for returns in their online store

I didn’t even go in because the security guard at the front was so rude - I moved up to the front of the line when the party in front of me went in, and he put his hand out and said “stay back” as if I was going to enter the store. It felt very degrading, like a prisoner and prison guard scenario and others in line felt the same way. I would not spend my money at this location so I left immediately after the disrespectful experience of being treated like trash even though I would have gladly spent $1000s as I usually do. This was by far my least favorite experience at a Versace store - even the outlet in South Florida is classier.

Manuel was great!! He was attentive with a store full of people and even gift wrapped my purchase for me!!Haven’t had customer service like that in a long time.

Im glad I got to finally visit the Versace boutique here, and lucky for me it was 50% off day. I like how you are greeted at the door without the feeling of a big security guard watching as you enter. The salesman Steven was very helpful and I scored a nice statement ring I was looking for. Hope to visit next time Im in town.
