I would like to give them a higher score, because their selections are much better. The store was organized and clean. However, when I checked out, the cashier literally balled my clothes and stuffed them in the bag. Every store I shop in they fold the clothes and put them in the bag. I went here twice today, and the same thing happened. This is the first time this happened. It was not even busy .

Cheap quality pants zipper broke off after a week of use!

I went to forman early to get my shopping out of the way, but as i was looking through clothes in the kids section i get disgusted by the employees there, instead of doing their job theyre gossiping about other employees. I have never had that experience with any other store. By the way, its mainly all fully grown adults working there acting like bratty teenagers. I wasnt going to write this review but its been a few days and I cant get over how unprofessional is it there. Not only that but some employees have their masks on their necks, or not put on right. This place has truly gone down hill

I didnt take for me to pick what I wanted, the line to checkout was wrapped around the back of the store. Even so the lines moved fast.

I will not be coming back here. In these times of covid-19 I would expect a retail store to be following CDC and local guidelines of having every customer and employee wearing face masks. That is not the case at this location. Cashiers were walking around with the face cover around there neck, not covering their mouth and/or nose. 4 different customers walked around the store without face masks. The security was at the door with no care in the world. He is supposed to be the one enforcing the rules.

Been going here for some years. Always have alotta choices... A bit cluttered and not much space between aisles but overall a nice store.

FORMAN MILLS OVERWORKS THEIR EMPLOYEES. Never want to hire more people when they are clearly short on employees. Employees cant take breaks because of having too much work. Worst and most unprofessional Forman mills in illinois.

Its pretty cheap, with amazing clothing. The only thing Ill change is that they still have to be a little bit more organized, some medium clothing in the small clothing section and also they need more small clothing size

I was over there 2 days ago and it was more neat organized this time. The staff working the evening shift was courteous. The mens washroom was clean. They are doing better. I thought I was at the format mills in Burbank, lol. Good job.

I liked here, they have so many options of clothes with various size options, and the products cheap but be careful the quality is not that good. If you are after brand clothes, I do not recommend it here.

It been some years since; I been in foreman mills. Its a big different; it clean and everything in place. Both of the stores was crowded and clean youre think they had a HUGE SALE. What I like was they had about 4 to 5 registers open, the line was moving fast. I hate the fact I called one of these stores 1 last night, another this morning. Their employees lies about having the items; I was looking for. I live on the westside it was a small waste of time going south. Went to 2 different foreman mills on the southside; got half of the items was looking for. What happen to honesty; I should had went to the suburbs I know they got it.

Love the store but management is the worst! Theres one particular manager whose name i think was charmaine .she was rude to several customers at the cash register . She rung me out and was refusing to exchange my items and would ignore me when i would ask certain questions and would speak rude to her employees infront of all of us
