Tried to pick something up at the Halsted location after the Michigan Ave store put it on hold for me - did a google to find the store closes at 8PM on Mondays. I arrived at exactly 7PM to find they were locking the doors. They turned me away saying the registers were closed. Figured I must have misread the information but sure enough, they just closed an hour early and had no pity on my attempt to pick up the item I had them holding. Very annoying! Be warned, they dont honor their store posted hours.
