The people here are super helpful & cool AF. If they don’t have something, they’ll work to get it for you & call you when it’s ready. Chill atmosphere. They even have a patio!

Often times people only leave reviews when they have a bad experience. Which is why im happy leaving this review because out of the hundreds of times ive come into the shop the experience and vibe has always been stellar.

Phenomenal staff and products. We had an issue with glass we had purchased not fitting the tank I had. They immediately exchanged it no problem. Highly recommend Vape Daze and look forward to buying my evape needs here in the future. Keep up the good work, thanks

Really love this place! They have 5 ⭐s so, I love getting rewards for my vice purchases! Every time I come in (once a month or so,) the staff is really nice, patient about answering questions & very knowledgeable. Good selection of juices & fantastic discount bin. Cant walk out of here w/o spending $50, but still spending a lot less than on 💨s.

I happened to come in when the clerk had to deal with an unruly customer who tried to walk out with some product, but I had a lovely time here. The staff, sorry I didnt catch his name, was super nice and helpful even though the item I was looking at ended up not being in stock, so I ended up getting another option they recommended. I have visited other stores but here the staff seemed genuinely interested in what you might need and helping with anything that may come up. I will definitely keep coming back here whenever I need anything.

They sell broken vapes here. Dude recommended us the vape - we came back to return - he said “yeah that brand has been known to have issues” (why not tell us that in the first place / why recommend it to us?). We asked for a replacement for the faulty product & he denied - only offering 15% discount. Don’t waste your time or $ - go elsewhere.REPLY TO FOLLOWUP COMMENT:- “it’s unfortunate vape shops get away with” recommending brands known to have issues & consider the situation justified through 15% discount of an additional purchase (which the next pen purchased could also be broken, right??)- no talking down/foul language to employee (we simply tried to get justification of the situation of broken product). Employee initially offered 15% off, but at the end of the conversation, ‘snark-ily’ remarked they didn’t even have to offer us the discount, as if we should’ve been appreciative they were offering 15% off buying more of their potentially broken products (I do understand its Chicago law that they can’t refund 100% - and the vape company has liability, but at the end of the day, don’t sell / reorder the Vape pens that have a reported history of not working properly. You’re welcome for the free ‘business’ (; wish ya’ll the best as well! At the end of the day there are bigger problems in the world - just felt it was necessary to share.

Great shop. Hands down some of the best customer service Ive had in Chicago. Very knowledgeable about all their products and also back what they sell to their customers with a warranty. I was having a conversation with one of the gentleman and didnt ask about a military discount. But was given a discount for being in the service. Which was very kind of them and I cant thank you guys enough over there. Not sure what all this garbage racism talk is about, but I didnt feel as if anyone had a superiority over me. Nor did I feel as if I was being discriminated against or any prejudices placed. Not sure why everything always has to be a race thing now days. But regardless, my brothers and sisters in the service always have been family and green too me. Maybe a deep breath, calm down, and relax pumpkin. Youre still breathing. There is place Id rather go to then Sunshine Coast. The owner is the most chill guy you will ever meet and the Shisha is the best around.You wont find flavors like Sour Skittles anywhere else. Definitely the place to go for your smoking need.

This place is my favorite smoke shop. Always have the newest fluid and especially local fluids. They have never been out of stock of anything Ive ever needed and I have many different mods that I use. The customer service is a 10- consistently. Customer for life.

Aside from the somewhat gloomy feel of the place its a great place to find your Vape in needs and smoke accessories.

Everyone there is very informative and patient. I didnt feel forced or pressure to buy anything. Truly a great experience and have already started to recommend it to my friends.

This place is a hole in the wall ! They sell expired nicotine and juice. They rub off expiration dates on bottles. I will be contacting attorney general & better business bureau. And I can care less on what the owners have to reply on this comment. And one more thing I may add. You can’t say there is a no return policy in the store with not one sign stating no returns.

Bought something that wasnt in the bag when I got home. Called to complain and the answer was, oh, we must have forgotten to put it in the bag, like it was no big deal. I pointed out thats unacceptable and the response was, mistakes happen.Really? So ripping someone off is no biggie? Be careful in here, friends!UPDATE: I appreciate the fact that the store took the time to reply. I hope they will take the time to train employees better. When I called, I was offered no apology, no sense of contrition and no solution. Just rude defiance and a tone that said that I wad at fault for bothering to call out their errorThe fact that the employee told his boss after the fact that he planned to make it up to me if i ever returned does me no good. Whereas a sincere and friendly apology would have done wonders.

If you havent checked out Vape Daze you are missing out! Great staff, great selection and did I mention great staff! I was a 20 year, pack a day smoker and with Charlie and Chases guidance I havent bought a pack of smokes in 2 years. They never over sell you and their combined knowledge is amazing. I have visited other shops but I have never had the same attention to detail and customer service that these guys provide. Do yourself a favour and check these guys out!

Customer Service is outstanding. I mean like top notch from everyone who works there. The place is clean and has all the vaping paraphernalia you need along with a selection of other herb smoking instruments. But the real winning ticket for this store is its customer service. There are closer vape stores to where I live and where I work but, Vape Daze gets my business.

Charlie and chase are great, other staff is all very friendly and helpful as well. I can always find a solution at vape daze no matter what I need. Have been in here many times and plan to continue coming here for my vape and glass needs.

There are a ton of Vape places, but this is my go to. The staff is absolutely amazing and helpful, and the selection is great, whether its shisha or pipes, but most importantly their e-liquid selection is glorious!

I was excited about visiting the shop I drove 33 minutes passed so many vap shops to come to this one my guy spoke so highly of we walk into the shop we speak they look at us and frowned one of them didnt even respond he walked to the back I felt bad for the business because they lost money. ( racial profiling) I even tried to say ok maybe its me so I tried to open up a conversation so they could make a sale but my heart was so heavy because that didnt happen they should of been happy to greet customers who could bring more business for them that wasnt the case at all instead they didnt want our business which is cool but I sit and watch them.before going in just to check it out 20 minutes not one customers walked in so the business the shop is slow because of that and business is slow I should have walked out with something even if it was a lighter but that didnt happen I walked out in disbelief of the way we was treated.

Trash. These dudes are racist scammers. They are fine while you are spending money, but when they sell you something broken (which they did) or without all the proper parts (which they did) you better bring CCTV footage and a stenographers transcript of the last time you went in. A simple exchange, not even a week old, w receipt and card in hand, turned into an excuse-bard for the older deuche (that appearantly owned the place. Seriously hope not). Who then accused me of breaking a device I couldnt even use. What a terrible business man. Im glad these types of places open and close quickly so I feel comforted in knowing these guys will be out on the street soon enough. I went from 5 starts to 1 in one game of 21 questions where detective Magoo over there decided to throw out the old convenientions of customer service out the window and give me the run around. There are plenty of vape shops out there. Spend your money somewhere else.
