Small shop, but a big selection. A well known place for locals and a hang out for the games. You can get what you need and a little advice on football game at the same time.

Been to this spot several times and the cigars have been consistent. Neil (owner) was really laid back guy and helpful, Ross knows his stuff. This is my go-to spot and the prices are reasonable.

Beat cigar selection in River North! Ross is the man with the knowledge. Dont worry about Mike, he’s just sleeping

Hubbard cigar is great. Wonderful staff. Especially Ross.. he has unique cigar knowledge. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommended Hubbard cigar. You will enjoy the experience

It’s a nice place with helpful, kind and welcoming staff. Nonetheless I found few problems: 1) the way they keep, show and sell their cigars. They showed me several cigars but some of them had cracks on the surface( a sing of dryness and lack of moisture on the cigar) and some of them where rough as a rock. That means you have to go home and put them right away Inn The humidor for few weeks and smoke it without their full flavors and aromas. Right know I am smoking an Oliva series G AND IT HAS A CRACK!!! I spent almost $100 dollars but I am not willing to touch those cigars until they acceptably recovered. :(

If you need a quick stogie while youre on the move check this place out. They have a good selection. It could be a little cleaner. I stop by here at least once or twice a month just to grab a stick. They do have good prices. Ill give them that.

Very poor customer service. I walked and said good morning and the female never spoke back. When asked several questions about cigars she really didnt seem interested in helping me. Thee one thing that really bothered me was when I handed get my card to pay she laid my card and pen on the counter and never said thank you. Most of these cigars seemed dry. This was my second time in this shop and the guy that was there before was very friendly and offered cigars for me to try.

Stopped in after a meal downtown to pick up 10-15 cigars while visiting. Coming from Tampa I was expecting the sticker shock but was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t all that much more than home. Ross was a great host and when I come back will visit again.

Old fashioned, cool in an unpretentious way, local, lots of great-looking, distinctive cigars in glass cases. It could be 1939 in there, or 1972. Pretty well perfect. And I don’t even smoke.

Fantastic little shop. The young guy with long hair gave me the best recommendation, exactly what I was looking for. I will return every time I am in Chicago.

Nice choice of cigars, those are well humudified.Great support and advices from the shop tender.Only regret : it is not really a lounge where you can stop, relieve and give up your daily sttess smoking

Overpriced hookah tobacco! They charge $16 for a small box the size of your hand when you can get the xxl box of the same brand for $12.... Plus there was a creepy dude in there who kept making awkward comments.

Unpretentious and fun. Raki, Kevin, Neil, Rhoda are all great folks and know their stuff! I would smoke there every day if I had the time!

This cigar shop located in the heart of River North will just do.Pros:Tax is already baked into the price.Most macro brands of cigars carried here.If youre lucky, theyll have some Opus X in stock.You can find Camacho Ditkas here.They have their own Rocky Patel Chicago blend.Cons:There is nowhere to sit and you cant light up a cigar in there.Boutique brands are almost wholly absent from the shop.I would liken this to going to your standard liquor store that lacks really great microbrews or are missing exceptional quality bourbon/scotch/or wine. They do carry most major brands if that is your cup of tea.If you know nothing about cigars, this place will fit the bill as theyll carry most recognizable name brands.

It had been about 5 years since I had been here (my other 10 or so visits were business as usual) and after my last visit I will not be returning. The woman operating the store was on her phone the entire time I looked around the store and seemed put off when I asked what Padrons she had in stock. After leaving I couldnt believe how poorly I was treated and I would not recommend the store if the staff is remotely similar to the woman I interacted with.

While the store has a decent central location and a decent selection, the fact that you can not smoke in the shop really hurts its appeal...especially with other options nearby. Staff was helpful.

On google it says they are open until 10pm. I left work early to make it there last night and they were already closed. Was of time and money. Very disappointed.

I’ve given this place a few shots now and each time I’ve had the same experience. Poor selection and stale cigars. I would rather go to my grocer with mediocre cigars, but at least in good condition.
