Door was locked when I went. Rang the doorbell but no one came to open the door. Walked into the gas station that is attached to the vape shop and asked the attendant if there is someone working there. He asked what I was looking for and I told him Vapes. He said they dont have any vapes there ... Isnt your store called Global Smoke and VAPE?!

I called to ask if they had a 18650 battery, asked for a price and he didn’t want to give me a price told me to come to the store, i live in a spot where there’s not a lot of vape stores around me so it’s a good minute to drive to one, the guy refused to give me a price and said to come to the store instead because “People ask for price then never come” was his excuse, that’s poor customer service and a weak excuse, I was going to buy a battery regardless of price and he wouldn’t give me a price so gave me attitude instead, worst customer service I’ve encounter with a vape shop so far.

They have the best prices Ive ever come across but they lack customer service skills! It always takes me twice as long as it should and if there are more than three customers at a time you could be there forever! The sales guy cant seem to help more than one person at a time but they are always kind and they always have replacement glass for tanks that other stores always say they have to order! All in all, I wish they carried a couple different brands of vape juice however,I highly recommend checking it out cuz no matter what youll probably save a couple bucks and who doesnt want that!

This is far and away the best vape shop Ive been to as far as customer service is concerned. Sammy is the best; hes so friendly and knowledgeable, and even if they dont have something you want in stock he will make sure to get it. He has great suggestions for new flavors every time I come in. Their warranty policy is phenomenal, Ive had a few things break or stop working and Sammy is great about making sure I go home with either a replacement or a new vape that is even better. The prices are the best in the city; he will do deals if you buy multiple items. Also, I have been to many stores run by total vape snobs who look down on you for not being an expert, but Sammy is knowledgeable and will explain anything without making you feel dumb!! Love this place, 10 stars.

This is by far my favorite vape shop I have stepped foot in. I started frequenting here about 2 years ago when I lived nearby, and now I live in Lincoln Park and pass about 10 different shops on my way back. It was the first place that really taught me the basics and will always go out of my way to come here. Sammy has given me some of the best customer service I have in recent memory, vape shop or otherwise. While it may be true that I can find slightly better prices online for vape kits and fluids, it is worth the extra charge for the peace of mind and the experience I get it. I have had a few devices break over time and they will typically help me fix or replace them at low to no extra charge. They also sometimes offer discounts when buying many fluids at once, so it is a good idea to stock up here instead of picking up 1 or 2 bottles at somewhere closer to where I live. I highly recommend this store and my only real complaint is that I live too far away.

Its a small place but definitely has a knowledgeable staff.i brought snoop dog G-pro unfortunately am not satisfy with this i went for replacement the management is so awesme they given me g pen as complement of worth 60$. u guys rock...they got all your basic hookah, one hitter, a few bongs, bubblers, just what you need sort of thing

These guys suck. They give you no warranty. And I’ve bought at least 10 juuls and 10 sourins from them and they never help me out on anything. I had to buy a new vape three times because they refused to warwnty it.

Its very hard to give a smoke shop a one-star rating especially coming from a connoisseur of smoking. But this time I will especially when a employee says they dont care if you give me a bad review on Yelp or Google so... Here we go! Normally everybody in the facility is very warm and welcoming because they were both on the gas station side and the smoke shop side at times but there is a new employee that I didnt catch the name of and he is a Indian brother younger man .He has a very rude passive aggressive attitude. I have been coming to the smoke shop since it first opened a couple years ago and they are normally good at giving discounts but this young man for whatever reason when he is there quote totally different prices then when the other individuals is there from the young lady to a few other employees that are of Indian descent that work at the other shops they have out in the suburbs. I visited those shops as well and the business seems to be quite fair and good hence why I go back but in this case the way this young man didnt want to give me the papers raw blacks The king size for $3 and the pressure rated raw tips for a dollar fifty normally I get charged $4 always without tax and all their businesses like a lot of smoke shops wont charge their regular customers tax they will integrated in a bigger purchase because they want to make sure that you come back to buy the bigger glass pieces instead of buying the Blunts and the papers . I was going to buy the papers and the filters at cost at $4.50 because every time I go in there he always gives me a different price. So now I have three different prices that I have been quoted in so-called try to be charged for one is for $4 another has Been $4.50 and now $4.94 . If they would get rid of this one individual that quotes people different prices either if hes trying to make a small hustle for himself on the side or its just that hes doing that to me based off of situation at hand regardless I am a paying customer who has been there for the last several years since theyve opened up the store and have promoted their business and brought many people to their business with no intentions to get anything in return just to support the local smoke shop in the neighborhood. I would consider giving this a different reading if that that individual gets talked to by the boss because even when I said I was going to write a Yelp review or Google review he says I dont care about what you do so that tells me their customer service is on the low low end and anybody who wants to go there just keep in mind that you potentially have a disrespectful young Indian employee that you might run into everybody else is good and I appreciate the service but One Bad Apple can ruin the bunch.
