The top place to buy Champagne Truffles. The quality of their chocolates is amazing for a special treat. Not cheap, but definitely worth the price.

The best chocolates in the world. I live in Miami and I recently ordered the champagne Truffles and they are absolutely divine. If you are crazy about chocolate, you have to try this chocolates.

There is a reason Teuscher are rated the number one chocolate in the world...cause they are. They are sooo amazing. In Chicago you can try the number one and number two chocolate in the world cause they are both on Michigan Ave. Teuscher is better. The champagne truffles are absolutely divine. The greatest part is they every employee is super nice and helpful. Teuscher is a must visit place when in Chicago. I bring everyone visiting Chicago here and they love it. They are the best.

The staff here is fantastic and the chocolate is some of the best out there. Treat yourself to the champagne truffles or the cognac soaked grapes. Out of this world delicious. Keep this shop in mind when searching for a gift. They have some of the prettiest packaging out there. Do yourself another favor and try their fruit jellies. Wow! Love this place and the staff.

The packaging and presentation is lovely but the chocolates themselves aren’t great. The texture is a little gritty and the taste is overly sweet. I expected better quality for the price.

This place will bring back fond memories of when you were that kid in a Teuscher Chocolates of Switzerland, captivated and overwhelmed by the oodles of candy, colors and sweet aromas. They did a nice job with merchandising, and its really fun to look at all the candy in the jars and on the shelves. Colorful and inviting. Just like I remember the Teuscher Chocolates of Switzerland back in the day...

I was recommended this place by my mothers friend. She raved about the service and the chocolate. But my experience was lackluster. I walk in and I’m basically ignored. There are 2 employees and one customer. The employees never greet me or acknowledge that I’m in the store. I walk around a little bit but still no one comes to speak to me or ask me any questions. The only time I get someone’s attention is after standing next to the other customer and staring at the employees. When I’m helped the woman who grabbed the chocolate I wanted whispers to the other woman to ring me up. So I try to listen and it sounds like twelve. But the second woman couldn’t hear her so she whispers again and it sounds like thirteen. Which is strange but ok. So the second woman finally speaks to me and loud and clear says “$22” yes 22 dollars for 6 pieces of chocolate the size of your thumb. I think they were lying but I don’t know how or why. I didn’t have a good experience here and I’m warning others to stay away too. It’s not worth it

The customer service was rude and condescending. It took all my might not to turn around and leave when I planned on spending $200 on chocolates.I asked for a sample to which I was told there are none today...I’ve been here several times and have never been refused a sample. I was shocked by my greeting upon entering and about the sample. Not to mention, I asked for the sample for my 4 year old to guard her interest, but since I was refused, I spent less money than planned not knowing if she would also love my favorite chocolate.I still proceeded to spend $200 on chocolates which I regret because I can’t get ever the customer service. I was planning on spending closer to $300...exactly, on chocolate.The next patron that entered behind me was greeted with a “real greeting and smile” while I was treated like a bum.I wouldn’t give these people another dollar and I’ve spent a lot of dollars at this place over the years after a trip to Switzerland where I ran my own project team and was introduced to the wonderful chocolates they produce.Spend your dollars else where when looking for chocolate...trust me, there are better places.

I absolutely love Teuscher Chicago! They are the best chocolatier around! Try the champagne truffles and nama chocolate. And, they have the best fruit spreads! Customer service is wonderful!

I could go on and on about the deliciousness of Teuscher Chocolates, but I want to rave about their online support. I asked numerous questions regarding an online order to Seattle. A shout-out to Gilles who answered each question promptly and helped edit my order once I submitted it. I will definitely order from them again!

Is champagne truffles are to die for

I dont like going into a store and being talked down to and insulted. I left and went downstairs and purchased a box of chocolates from a different shop that treated me very well!

I was craving some Marc de Champagne chocolate after visiting Switzerland but could not find any place sells it in the states and I was so happy that they have them. It’s so overpriced. I did not taste much of the alcohol like how they did it in Switzerland. Just because it’s in an expensive district so it was expensive as well. Overall, it wasn’t worth the money. I don’t mind spending for something if it’s good. We just couldn’t compare to Switzerland.

You MUST try the champagne truffles. This is their signature creation. At $3/each, they are expensive, but you owe it to yourself to try them at least once. They have easy grab-and-go 4 and 6-pack boxes of them on the counter at eye level.

I adore the chocolate, the individual ones as well as the bars. And the whimsical boxes for your chocolates are fantastic.

Ts right on average when it comes to specialty chocolate shops. If you are looking for a chocolate fix this will certainly satisfy your craving but I really cant see going out of your way for this place.We were on a mission to find a great chocolatier in Chicago and found this place on the miracle mile. We just did not find the truffles and other specialty items that memorable. Do not get this review wrong they were good but it just left us a bit disappointed as we were expecting so much more. They had an interesting selection and variety. The price was what is to be expected in a specialty shop in downtown Chicago.

Chocalate: the best. Service: not so much. Although the poor service may be attributed to my young age, I still enjoy their chocolate over any other and keep coming back for more everytime Im in Chicago. You should too. At least once.

Despite the relatively high price, Teuschers chocolate products are well worth the price. For lovers of dark chocolate, I recommend the 99% cocoa bar.
