I came into the phone with concerns about my phone malfunctioning on me and nervous I was going to lose all my files. Jafet was amazing. He was able to pay off the remaining balance on and upgrade my phone and my wives phone. And he was able to lower our bill and retriever all my files. The man was a magician and great to work with. His coworker Josh was also so hands on helping transferring files and help setting up our phone to get us in and out. It felt great to have 2 helping hands. I will be making this my main store going forward and referring people to go see Jafet and Josh.

Came into the store and worked with Jafet. Not only was he knowledgeable but he made things so easy when upgrading my phone. Josh came in and assisted and was also phenomenal. They’re both are a great team and I will recommended them to everyone I know.

This store is awesome, Jashua T. Is absolutely the greatest they have. He has the patience of a saint, being able to deal with some difficult situations and people and never ever looked phased.... and knows his business front and back. I visited the new Verizon store at 500 W Madison to change my sim to Verizon and activate my new account. Robert Zamora assisted and the service was great! It was close to closing time but still there was no rush and I Robert activated my new SIM quickly and very friendly customer service. He also guided me on the new gift card! Blake was super helpful. I came in with many worries due to having a broken device, blake set me up with an amazing phone that I love. He answered all questions I had at the moment & successfully transferred all my data. I left very satisfied & will make this location my go - to Verizon.

I came into the store upset about my phone and bill. Blake helped me switch into a new phone all while lowering my bill. He transferred all of my data for me and was never rushing me out of the store. I never felt pressured into buying anything and all my questions were answered. This store is amazing and I would recommend anyone to go to this store with whatever needs that you have as well.

Couldnt be more thankful for this store and its salesmen Raj Patel and Renard Morgan. I was in need of a charger and didnt have the money on me to buy a whole new charger and Raj was very kind enough to let me charge my phone at his desk. He told me more information about Verizon that I was not aware of and told me all the benefits Verizon had to offer for my family and I. I sat around and chatted with them and they made me feel very welcomed and were extremely friendly and relatable to me. These two gentlemen gave me a great experience with Verizon and I wasnt even shopping for anything. Its great to see Verizon hiring salesmen that are REAL and RELATE to people with what they need and providing the great customer service they give just by being themselves. Horrible salespeople. Avoided my trade-in like the plague. Be careful with Celular NON-CORPORATE stores. Only one Ive been to, but am stuck with a phone I just bought and they avoided everything to exchange within 14 day window. Never write reviews, but this store should be avoided!

Hustlers. Extreemly low class and terrible customer service. I would suggest a Best Buy; same phones for $80 -$150 less. Dont trust these kiosk phone dealers farther then you can throw them, they will try to scam you.

A tiny booth in the middle of the train station for a few years now (since the Galaxy Nexus in 2011 iirc). Customer service is friendly (a big plus) but in general lacked knowledge in some products. Pricing and signing up was a hassle for a few people I know.

Very unprofessional. They’re pushy to sell you something that you don’t want. They lie. If you have Verizon go to an actual Verizon store and not an authorized one. They’re not the same

The salesman lied to my mother about the amount of data on the phone and about how much the service would be. If you have a family member who is not tech savvy or is elderly they will try to take advantage.
