Went in to get my IPhone 6 Plus screen fixed and they gave me THE WORST cheap replacement screen. Its so dark I can barely see anything. Also now my phone battery dies EXTREMELY fast as if they broke or switched it. I called them 10 minutes after leaving the store and they told me that theres nothing they can do. I HATE THIS STORE!!!!!

Our people can be so Dumb......we always complaining BUT, we NEVER do anything BUT complain to each other or in the review section!!!! Instead, why not STOP SHOPPING with other races and open up your own stores?!?!? If not that at least contact the Right people like👉 the BBB or the Alderman for that area, go online and file a complaint. 1 of the readons were not respected is because were LAZY yes LAZY!!!!!

The phone screens they sell here is most definitely defective as soon as I left the store phone screen was acting up I came back the next day they did not wanna replace the screen insisting I keep the screen a few more days to see if it will improve blaming it on my case and everything they could think of. Caused me several trips back and forth only for them to replace the screen with another defective one very inconvenient and horrible customer service Spend your money elsewhere or you will regret it !!!!!!

I wont lie this place used to be top rate for getting your phones repaired. I have had the glass repaired on my Samsung several times by Gadget Tech on Archer, however when I came into the Source with my own replacement glass they couldnt do it, reason being theyre worried about breaking the digitizer trying to replacing the glass. This amounts to unskilled techs, Ive had glass only repair three different times on this phone not once was I forced to buy a digitizer. So you be the judge unskilled techs or a scam where they purchase a digitizer when you dont need it they they can then resale the the digitizer to someone who actually needs it. They also jacked up the repair price because I didnt buy the glass from them meaning they couldnt make money off selling me a glass. The best service visit Gadget Tech on Archer and Kedzie those guys are top-notch and honest good with Apple products.

Shady business ethic. The store will not compensate for poor service. Instead they will try to convince you the fault is yours and offer you a discount on fixing the half done job they supplied the first time.

I will never come back to this racist place. They Speak down to our Black people, disrespectful to females, dont honor the warranty of their phone repair. Stay far away! Warning: they will mess your phone up and say oh well there is nothing we can do.
