Dont get scammed by these people! Walked in with a software issue and came out with hardware issues. Broke both cables of front facing camera and home button and not accepting their own fault. Walked out very disappointment. Never again! Be aware of this place! Shame one the manager who said Let god decide what is right and what is wrong.I also might add that they misplaced a couple of screws! Very unprofessional.Ambient light sensor not working (claimed to have been fixed). Noticed a screw missing for the vibrator module and it seems that vibrator module is swapped with a non-working one. This place is... Disgusting!

Really great service! I called for a quote to get my phone screen fixed, and they remembered me when I came in later and gave me the same quote as on the phone. I’ve had other places inflate the number they quote on the phone and change when you go into the store, but this was an incredibly affordable, fast option! My phone was fixed in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

My phone insurance through Sprint/Asurion refused to fix my charging port because I also had a minimal crack on my screen. The staff at CPR fixed the charging port on my LG V40 no problem even with a cracked screen. While the insurance company wanted $270 to replace my phone, I paid only $80 to have the issue perfectly repaired at CPR. The employees were super friendly, accommodating, and professional. I absolutely will be back the inevitable next time I damage my phone. Cant recommend enough.

Hands down the best place ever. I was in town on business and my cell fell off a 3rd story balcony while I was on a zoom call. They transfered ALL my data to a new phone quickly and got me up and running. Thjs place is amazing.

They cut my SIM card down to fit my new phone. But they also have a decent selection of phones, there were four or five other cases just like this. When I walked in another customer was picking up their newly fixed phone. Fast service, super nice guy

I have a (somewhat) faulty refurbished iphone -- every so often the camera lens pops out on the back and these dudes are always really cool about helping me glue it back down. Highly recommended, everyone who works here is really nice and VERY understanding about how clumsy I am with my phone!

They do it all. The owner and brothers are software engineers. They can handle I phone issues and they even repaired my blue parrot wireless ear piece. Blue parrot said it would honor my warrant but it would take 7 weeks to get it back. I took it to them they re soldered my charger port and now it works

I went in for a screen repair on my iPhone. I told them I just needed the phone to do a backup. I went back to get the phone and it completely reset and erased my phone. They said they had never seen anything like it. I called Apple and they told me that happens every time a phone screen is replaced. This business doesn’t have the knowledge to properly fix and inform their customers. I will never to back.

The best cell phone repair shop Ive ever been to. Friendly service, good prices, high quality work, absolutely perfect.My phones back had its paint peel during a battery replacement (which I wouldnt even consider their fault in the slightest), and they offered to replace it when they get a new back in stock, for free.While waiting for the battery to be replaced I noticed the staff were always ready to greet customers, accurately answer any questions, and they were never anything less than affable.Definitely my go-to phone repair shop going forward!

I broke my phone 2 days ago and I’m going out of town so I really needed my screen fixed. I called and they were so helpful and so nice! They were able to get me in and out in less than 45 minuets. Got my iPhone 7+ screen fixed at a little under the market price. The repair shop is located on the 7th floor of a building so it was nice to walk in and have a nice place to wait, although in my case and I imagine for all others who visit this place, there wont be much of a wait at all. So thats pretty great. The whole process essentially was walk-in, hand my phone over, spend 5 minutes on logistics, come back in an hour, pay for my phone, get my phone. Hopefully I wont be back again but if I did, Id see myself coming here.

I was referred by a friend who had recently gotten his phone fixed. I dropped my iPhone and broke the screen along with the display it seemed. I took it to them and I can say I was very pleased. The guys here were very nice and were able to fix my phone same day at a very fair price. Definitely recommend them to anyone with a phone issue, they definitely know what theyre doing.

Cellphone repair of a HTC U11. The screen was cracked and I brought the phone to CPR for a repair estimate. I received a fair estimate, left a down payment for the repair (screen was special ordered). Heres why I give them 5 stars. A problem arose when the screen was being replaced. CPR took full responsibility; new part was ordered immediately; prompt repair made the next day with no additional charges! OUTSTANDING professionalism (upfront and honest) and friendly customer service, too. I feel like I have brand new phone!

Very rude!! I called in to ask if they fix ps4 and they said yes bring it in now for me to check. They didnt inform me they would charge $30 for diagnostic. Then they said it would cost $80 to fix it without even knowing what was wrong with it. Other places didnt charge for diagnostic I just choose this one because it was nearest to me. He was very rude on the phone. Do not recommend this place to anyone!! No costumer service and to me anyone who charges a flat right on anything is fishy! Other places quoted me if USB port it would cost $50. Shame as I read good reviews.

Dropped my iPhone 6S Plus last night and the screen was completely inoperable. I called several places but they didnt have the screen in stock. I then called 1st Comm and they had it in stock. Went to their store and had a great experience. Friendly guy took care of the repair in 30mins. The screen looks and functions great. He gave me a 1month warranty too. Great service and very friendly staff. I went in because the speaker on my phone wasnt working. At first we thought I needed a new speaker but after ordering the speaker and opening up the phone for install, they found out it was only some dust packed away that caused the problem. They did a deep clean and returned my phone free of charge!

My iphone 7 plus was ran over by a few cars which demolished the screen and they fixed it for under $150. I’ve had my phone for a couple of weeks now and I have to say it works like new.! My iPad screen was cracked in like 20 different places and they fixed it for $85. They didn’t try to sell me anything in addition to what I asked for, just straight shooters, so I’m giving them a five star rating.

Thieves guys be careful, when you give your phone for repair. They will change the batteries and what not. I had worse experience with this guys, my lock button was not working so I gave them to fix it they were very friendly very nice fixed it absolutely but my mic started giving trouble then I went there like two times they couldnt fix it later I my friend tried to fix it and shockingly he found that they put the duplicate battery in it. I went and asked in the shop they said they might have done it by mistake wait what really ? Later what not they literally screwed my phone I can not use it now. I am not sure why they did this but I found out because my friend opened it in front of me other wise if I didnt open the phone then I could have went to them for battery repair again, I am glad that I found out the truth about them bleady thieves who stole my battery and screwed my phone for good.

They replace my Iphone 7 screen for 110 $. The quality of the screen is very very low, and it freezing a lot.They didt want to change it to another one or refund my money back, so I ended up to change it at apple store for 149 + tax. So if you want to replace your screen just dont go there. Go to apple pay 50 more $ and you will be very happy

Outstanding service. Peace of mind for our daughter at Loyola. Our daughter was undergoing a very difficult time being away from home and broke her phone. We could only communicate by email and it was extremely stressful for everyone to not be able to talk to her. I called CPR and there was no answer but I got a text from Anas almost immediately thereafter. I asked if he could fit her in today and fix her phone and I described the situation. I cant say enough about the peace of mind he gave me with sending multiple texts not to worry and he will take care of her and she would be calling me soon. I sent a taxi over there to get her and she texted back within 30 mins of the taxi pick up to say her phone was fixed. 5 STARS....this wasnt just business as usual. Anas, the manager, is highly capable and honest person. He provided me with a cheaper alternative that the other store did not know how to do or was not willing to do. He provided me with an upfront pricing and did not charge me extra when the problem turned out to be more complicated.

I dont know why other cell phone repair places are even in business. The power button on my Motorola phone broke and I was turned away from 4-5 different shops in Chicago - only one of those stores had even seen my phone before. This was the first shop that knew what my phone even was and they fixed it the same day for a fair price. Its rare to be impressed in this jaded age but this place seriously impressed me.

Absolutely awful customer care. They act friendly to you only until they find out youre not there to purchase anything. I was trying to sell my desktop to them since I know they do like to buy almost ANY electronic for a very cheap price. 1st off Id like to point out one of the technicians said that he could find this very exact same desktop on Ebay for 60$ so he would buy it for no more than 60$ but asking for monitor, mouse, keyboard, and so on as well included. I went home to look on ebay; there were no sales or auctions on this desktop for that price. The lowest price I seen was around 150 for the desktop alone. Despite the fact he lied; I came back to the store to sell the desktop for the 60$ without the etc equipment like the mouse and monitor. I also mentioned that he just lied to a customer which was very bad service. He interrupted me; raised his voice, and said hes no longer purchasing it. What a waste of my time. I would rate this place a 0 if I could.By the way; notice how every other review on here is rating this place as a 5 star? Fake reviews. Probably from employee friends and what not.

So i dropped my Samsung s7 and i came here to get my screen,front and back panel replaced (former 1stcomm)After they replaced it i had a bussines trip to west coast and i was supposed to stay there for a month. I checked on the phone the first day,the quality of the panels was bad and not even close to the original even though they charged me a lot,but hey,im in a rush and its not a good time to complain!Day after it was replaced my back panel started coming off. I called them and a guy with a heavy arabic accent said Sure, we will replace it soon as u come back,dont worryLong story shortToday i came in to the store and they started giving me stupid excuses on how they cant replace it because i lost the back panel! Halooo,offcourse i lost it when it was coming off all the time,glue didnt hold the panel not even for a day ! Even when i put the phone on the coffee table the back panel would stay on the table after picking up the phone and you wonder how i lost it! And they started arguing with me like i am trying to get something for free!Ive been coming to 1stcomm for 4 years now,they were recommended by a couple of my italian friends, this is the last time i will come to this place again! This is how you treat your customers? I will make sure that all the people i know stay away from this store! Never again!

Awesome service. Friendly and competent. Went there with a groupon to fix ipad screen. Didnt try to upsell anything whatsoever. Fixed ipad in 2.3 hrs and treated me as if I had just bought a brand new regular-priced device! Ill definitely be going back in the future--plenty of other screens to break and cases to buy!!
