They charged me 220 for changing the screen of my iPhone XS cell phone, which I think is super expensive for this cell phone, however in less than 8 days I was damaged by the fact that the screen was attached to the cell phone as I do not live here because after two weeks I returned to this place and they told me that they could not fix my cell phone even though when they fixed it they told me that I had a guarantee I do not recommend this place since they actually scam people.

I had tried two places that were both closed even though they said they were open. They were the first place actually accepting customers. I needed help getting a screw out of my Beats headphones. I offered to pay them and they did for free in like 2 minutes. Thank you so much!

Every time my Toddlers mess with the consoles they always have my back. And they always guarantee you it works before you leave the office and if it ever gets jittery bring back and get checked out. Love it!!

CPR was excellent from the initial phone call to the hand-off of my repaired iPad. They were helpful and able to quote my job over the phone. I was able to drop my device off that day (just before they closed) and they had it ready whiting 24 hours. Courteous and efficient with workmanship thats hard to find these days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

This is the second time I have used CPR for a repair. Both times I was very happy with their service. They were polite and friendly.

Its always great when youre told by Apple that your phone isnt repairable and that youll just have to get a new one. Luckily, I brought my wifes iPhone here next. Dropped off the phone, went and got a haircut down the street and left with a perfectly fine iPhone 45 minutes later.Great service, honest pricing and a coupon for my next visit.

I had a 95% white screen issue on my flip phone and could not I had a 90% white screen issue on my flip phone and I could not get any assurance from Verizon that my 400+ contacts would be saved if I got another phone. I brought the phone to CPR and he said he could repair my phone if I could find a similar one. Verizon had told me the phone could not be repaired and they no longer sold it. I found a similar phone from an Internet 3rdparty and he not only repaired my phone but did some research and saved my contacts to a memory chip. it was very reasonable, quick, and very professional. I will gladly recommend CPR to my friends.

Ive gotten phones repaired here many times and wanted to give them a shout-out. They have done new batteries, broken screens and broken connectors for me. I am always happy with the service. Prices are fair and their turnaround time is fast, typically 30-60 minutes. No negatives so they deserve five stars.

I came to CPR to repair my (badly) cracked screen on my iPhone 6. Apple Genius Bar wanted to charge me 50% more than what they did here and I can’t tell the difference. After researching several places in which to repair it CPR had one of the most reasonable prices. I dropped my phone off without any appointments and it was ready in under an hour. The gentleman also installed a screen protector at a discounted rate. Excellent service and you get a 6 month warranty. Shattered my screen this morning, found CPR online while I was at an appt nearby, ran down the street to drop it off and picked it up completely repaired an hour later when my meetings were done for $120.Kind, efficient, good value.

Every time Ive been there, the experience is nothing short of excellent. They know what they are doing and are efficient and clear in explaining what needs to be done.

They didnt answer the phone at all and ignored my appointment. Horrible customer service if you ask me.

They fixed my broken phone screen but then replaced it incorrectly so a piece by my ear piece was moved and I couldn’t hear anything when on a phone call. So I had to go back and get that fixed but they did it for free and were very apologetic. It cost $80 for my screen to get fixed which wasn’t terrible.

Fixed charge port in 30 minutes with the best price (50 bucks) and beat warranty (6 months) that I could find after a couple days for calling around to places. Great service and quality repair. Very pleased.

I needed some work done on my older phone so I ventured in hoping they could accomplish what I needed. I was met by a gentleman that was up front and honest. He provided me with advice that didnt earn him a cent where he could have easily taken me to the bank. I appreciate customer service like that and will certainly go back if the need ever arises.

What great service! I came here after having a terrible experience at a cell repair shop closer to my place for a non-responsive screen. They were extremely friendly and I was told it would be an hour wait and either would be a service charge to just reconnect a screen or a charge for a new screen if it was broken. An hour later I came back to them being completely honest and said the screen was just disconnected and it would just be the service fee. I walked out with my fixed phone and feeling good about the repair. I highly recommend this shop!

They could not have been nicer! They were really helpful in showing me what was wrong with my phone and gave me a temporary fix that will allow me to get by until I figure out a longer solution. They were really honest about the issue (basically a jammed volume button), why they didnt want to take the risk of dismantling the phone, and they didnt even charge me. I would definitely recommend them.

They were the only shop I was able to find with the screen my phone needed, which was a life saver. However, when they installed it, they cracked the corner of the new screen when reaffixing the speaker covers. They ordered a new one, replaced it free of charge, and threw in a free screen protector too, but I would have preferred not to have to go through all that.

Im definitely giving Jeff and the business a 5.I bought a TMobile phone from eBay to use on Cricket Wireless. Despite speaking with them multiple times on acceptable phones, they never mentioned needing it to be unlocked by the carrier. After speaking with the original seller, and a snafu with the unlocking process, I had to pop into TMobile to see if they could help since the unlock didnt work. After almost an hour, they had no good news for me other than to check out CPR since they often send people there when they cant help.I explained, with difficulty, my issue. Jeff heard me out, made no guarantees, but said hed see what he could do. Within 10 minutes and 1 call that they placed to Cricket, they had my phone unlocked glitch taken care of! And I have had no issues since.I would definitely go back again.

Above and beyond! Wish Id known about them a year ago.In September of 2014, my iPhone4S died due to water damage. The Apple Store inspected it saying the phone could not be repaired and that the data on it was gone forever... sorry... wanna buy a new phone??Not willing to accept defeat so easily, I bought tools, watched some youtube videos and proceeded to disassemble the phone myself. Sadly, my efforts were fruitless and the disassembled phone sat in a ceramic bowl for over a year. Id given up hope.A great friend gave me his junked iphone4s. I swapped out my sim card and had been using that phone since.Until this past Saturday when I accidentally dropped it on the way to meet friends for dinner and the screen shattered. Showing my friend, she recommended CPR.I called them and they told me they could fix the screen in about an hour for around $75. On a whim, I brought my ceramic bowl containing the skeleton of my old phone.CPR not only fixed my screen, but they were able to swap the memory modules of the phones, giving me access to the photos Id accepted were gone forever. Everything was there! the photos, videos, audio books, text messages, emails... EVERYTHING.Cant recommend these guys enough. Great work by Edgar and team.

I bought my girlfriend a Samsung phone there and within 12 days it was not working took it back and got a blackberry worked 2 days and the track ball fell out and then received and different one and 6 months later it won't read her sim card. And they also fixed my Xbox 360 4 times and still can't find what's wrong with it

Okay i own a galaxy note it was rooted and over clocked some way or another!!! i HARD BRICKED the phone left it at TWO other shops that said they could fix it but to no avail so found these guys on the net. and gave it a try I now have my phone back took a few days but it is in excellent working order all apps work and im still running padawan v4 on att note on Tmobiles 4g network thanks a bunch JEFF, would highly recommend if you have same or similar problem. I do not suggest this place. Both I and my roommate have taken phones in to be repaired and both times it was way overpriced and afterwards her phone didnt respond to touches properly and my screen was very loose, to the point that light was coming through the gaps around the sides.
