I rarely give 1 star reviews (check out my page if you need to verify) unless Ive experienced extremely poor service or things have gone awry multiple times. Either way - make of it what you will. Here is my experience:I dropped by Google Pixel 3a in the water (eek!) and needed to replace the screen. Originally, they charged $150 to repair the screen. It took about a week for the screen to come in and for them to install it.A week later, the screen they replaced, started getting splotches like it wasnt attached properly and then the screen whited out. It looked like they had stuck on a temporary screen for the fix. We returned the phone and they offered to send the screen back to where they bought it and get a new one. We confirmed they would not be charging us, especially after the screen had only worked for one week.However, after about two weeks of having my phone, they told me that they had to pay $20 in shipping for the screen (the screen is NOT a heavy item and this was definitely not expedited) and that they would need to charge me another $50 to get my phone back. At this point, my mistake, I should have just bought another phone.All in all - this has been a nightmare experience, I have been without my phone for a month and for what seemed like a simple fix, has turned into a costly project.I would say do your research and find another place as there are a ton of other cell phone places around.

Syed did an excellent job replacing my daughters iPhone 6plus Battery. He discovered that the previous place where we went, just west of western, did not reinstall all the screws. He put the correct screws back in at no additional cost. I will use Cell Phone World for all my repairs from now on.

Very bad quality of work . I changed screen for my iPhone and paid 150$ and got not original screen. Which is darker and even not same size 😱. Now screen is smaller and works slower. It herts my eyes. And they sad it is totally original screen. They are arrogant liar!

Got my cracked phone screen fixed there about a month ago. They gave me my phone back to find that they broke my front camera. They were understanding when I called and told them and offered to fix it but unfortunately I left for a month so had to deal with the camera. Then, about a week ago my phone randomly completely broke... it wouldn’t turn on at all. I took my phone to apple and they told me that this place completely ruined my phone, so I ended up having to buy a completely new one. I’m glad they were understanding when I called about my broken camera but it’s absurd that this place is still in business especially since I paid them $130 to ruin my phone :)

Really fast service

This guys changed the battery and screen on my iPhone and missed up my microphone and when I went back he wanted to charge me extra $60. The cost of the repair for this phone is higher then if I bought a new one. I don’t recommend this place for anyone

This is a great business and has been very helpful with my phone services over the years. The managers and technicians are always understanding and very professional. These guys have real expertise! They can fix problem you have with your phone and have better deals than the other cell stores in the area. I had water damage to my port and I originally took my phone to Doctor Cell World but they were not able to fix the phone in time for me because I needed it as soon as possible. So they ended up sending it to Cell Phone World. Abdul was able to give me a loaner phone since there was something else wrong with my phone and I was able to get it within the next day. Cellphone World fixed my headphone jack quickly for $35, which I found very reasonable. I have a Sony phone and a couple of other cellphone repair shops refused to work on it, I assume because of liability issues or because they didnt want to order the parts. In any case, that seemed pretty ridiculous. I then did my research, saw that Cell Phone world had top reviews, and Im really glad I went to them instead! They had no reservations about fixing my phone. Theyre also very friendly.

Awesome service! Super quick and efficient. Im quiet the klutz and these guys were able to fix my screen on a few occasions super quickly and for half the price. Ive brought two friends here in the past and theyve fixed both of their screens. I even had a friend who moved here from Europe and she had a super difficult time finding a place that had a screen for the Iphone 4 and go figure these guys were able to assist.

I came in to get my iPhone 7 screen fixed and had an amazing experience. The customer service here is fantastic and they only charged me $75! No one can beat their prices and service.

Went in to get a repair for a cracked iPhone 6 screen. It was $70 to get it fixed, and it only took them about 10 minutes. They also give you one month warranty with your receipt. Very friendly! Would most definitely recommend trying them out!

I was doing laundry, and my iPhone hit the hard tile floor. BOOM!! My screen cracked. I rushed home to get on my computer to find me a place that was open on a Sunday at 8:30pm. I googled places and Cellphone World popped up. I jumped in the car and headed straight there. I walked in and they welcomed me with open arms and respect. I looked tired and my hair was a mess. They did not judge me and helped me immediately. They even told me the reason my front camera and speaker didnt work. Then they fixed it for me. Fixes your electronics (cell phone/desktop/laptop) for less. They do have used/refurbished cell phones for sale. Accepts both cash and card. No parking, need to find roadside paid parking, one such parking facility is beside this shop though, it meet not have available spaces for parking.

I had to exchange the speaker in my Samsung. I called a few places, but Cellphone World was the only one who had the part in stock, otherwise I would have had to wait up to five days for the part.Within a short time I had my speaker replaced as well as the broken glass. But more than that the service was super friendly and pleasant, I really enjoyed my brief moments in the store. THANKS!!!

They charge me $135 for screen replacement and touch issue, when I got home, the screen is not fix, I had to go there again and again and ask them to fix it properly, l left my phone there for weeks and weeks and still wouldnt able to fix it, but they lied to me saying it got fixed, i called them probably 10 times ask about phone is fix or not.. the guy is keeping lying to me saying boss is not here...i tested them one day change my password and give it to them and left the phone for a week.. they never even open my phone or ask password, when i asked them, they said its fix but my phone was dead.. when i got home and charged and check it,, its still the same black screen... i will never go there again.. i regretted wasting my time and money.. i think its better to pay little more for to do better job and then crappy job for little cheaper.. my case, the result my 6plus is dead since i got it from them. since then i am telling all my friends not to go there...i would not recommend that place to anyone....
