Ordered a replacement screen kit on Amazon for my iPhone 7. Turns out the tools that came in the kit were not quite the right tools for the job. Popped in here 10 mins before closing and they agreed to fix my half changed screen for a small labor fee. Had me out of there in 15-20 minutes and made no fuss about me being so late in the day that I kept them open late.Very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Fair price. Bought a screen protector for a fair price as well.Very happy with my experience. Will skip trying to fix myself if there’s a next time and just go here instead! Took my phone in on Sunday because it wasnt reading the SIM card. Was told I needed a new SIM reader for $85 and to pick phone up Thursday. Called Tuesday to confirm and was told Thursday again. Called Thursday morning, no answer. Tried to call for hours, finally did on-line sleuthing and saw Cell World affiliated with Dr. Cell. Called Dr. Cell and they said they would call me back. Finally after three tries to call them because they never called me back, I talked to someone who said they cant fix the phone because no part. They had phone for 5 days and didnt do one single thing to it. They called back 2 hours after I went to get my phone back and said now they can fix it and to go back to their store. I told them forget it. Had phone fixed in Florida for $10. All it needed was a SIM card tray, not a SIM reader! So they lied to me, tried to rip me off, and never once contacted me except for the last call there they probably thought, hey, lets get $85 off her. So glad theyre too lazy and disorganized to follow through on gouging me!

Payed $200 for two I phone 6s plus screens as well as camera it took from open to close to get my phone fix and at that!! I came over this place to have my iPhone screen replaced ... and about 15 minutes later it was done!!! Very fast service with reasonable price. I had checked with other places around that area - they offer 1-2 hour to wait and the price is higher. So happy I found this place! I have an iPhone 6 and the screen has been cracked for a while but I didnt have time to get it fixed. Then today when I went to swipe the screen it wouldnt let me unlock my phone to use it. I called another place but they wanted to charge me 119 dollars just to fix the screen. I kept looking and this place was the only other place open on a Sunday and they charged me almost half what the other place wanted to charge me. I went here and they took 15 minutes and I had a working phone with a brand new screen protector. If I have any more issues I will definitely be going back. :)
