Mario seemed like an okay guy to deal with at first but turned out to be the biggest headache I had in a while.Unilaterally breached his own contract and would not cancel the deal after deposit was paid.Made threats to contact authorities to impose fines for a non-existent mold problem.Committed fraud by switching out selected carpet to a cheaper product.His companys court records in Kane and Cook counties should tell you more about Duet Carpet than any review posted online.Save yourself the trouble and RUN!!!

They recently installed a carpet in my basement and stairs leading to the second floor. The job looked great and Im highly satisfied with the carpet choice Mario, the owner helped me pick the right kind of carpet and padding for my needs.

Do not use this company. I paid to have carpet and hardwood flooring. The hardwood floor bounced when you walked on it and you can slide the boards up and down. To fix it Mario shot nails into the floor. Now it moves and has holes in the boards. They bait and switched me on the carpet. I pains for mid grade and they gave me the cheapest grade. You can see all the seams. I am currently in the process of taking them to small claims. Beware.

I have used Duet Carpet company several times in the past few years and found their offers unbeaten, the quality of the work was excellent and completed the jobs in a timely manner, I will definitely use again.
